Ordered my usual today for lunch. The Santa Barbara Cobb. Not only did they not provide any chicken, they didn’t even bother to offer me a substitute much or less contact me. The other slap to my face was including the cheese even though I selected not to, had to pick it out and throw it away. Couldn’t even get a refund, probably won’t be ordering from here again.

This place is on par with locations like Shake Shack or Five Guys. The burgers are better than fast food, but the location has the convenience of a drive-through, which was pretty cool. We tried their salad, and everything tasted freshly cooked, including the bacon and chicken on top! The burgers were tasty too, and the kids’ meal is a good size. They also offer lemonades and milkshakes. The burgers range from signature menu burgers to build your own. They also have a lot of options for add ons. The mushrooms on mine were also freshly sautéed not canned. Overall, it was delicious for a quick lunch, and we will be back.

For some reason they took really long to provide the food at the driver through today and they still messed up my order. I got charged $16+ . Can’t provide the exact amount because They didn’t provide the receipt. I order a meal of Charburger with avocado plus onions rings. The only thing I got right was the drink and the onion rings . No fries and wrong burger. Really Disappointed with the staff today

This evening was definitely a bust. The wait was longer than usual. Food just sat on the tray waiting for the last item so everything else was cold. The lack of customer service is crazy. They completely ignore people waiting at the counter. What a waste of time and money. Do better!!

Nearby to Walmart & Fresco y Mas this restaurant is in a complex of buildings. Plenty of parking. I came around 1pm for lunch just to try it out. Quick counter service, a few interesting items on the mostly burger menu. I went for a limited time offer, Korean BbQ burger. It was pulled brisket-type beef, a beef burger & fixings at $9. I added Ala Carter a small French fry $3 & a small onion ring $4. I placed my order & was given a buzzer-type indicator. The burger was good but a was expecting something more spicy or flavorful or savory, I don’t know what because I eat Korean food regularly. So it was bland! The fries & onion rings were OK. Clean restaurant, good service, fair prices. To be honest I can’t think of a reason to visit Habit again if I have a burger-craze!

Yes that Char burger is #1! I did the sweet potato fries, onion rings & tempura green beans as well! Great quick service, clean restaurant & friendly staff! 3 cheers!!!

Bad .. very bad experience…the meet was raw. The manager when I told him about the burger was uncooked he said , SO WHAT.. I will never recommend this place ..I was reading the others reviews and now I understand why this place always are empty.. we should call the call the Headquarters and report this franchise, because people can get sick with this kind of food .Managers are not professionals and they not even care .

This is the newest Habit Burger Grill in the area. The staff are efficient and courteous. The restaurant is clean, and so are the bathrooms. The burgers are good but are a bit sloppy looking. The shakes are great, and the fries are hot.
