The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was right with our order. Service was quick even though they were busy, which shows they really have their process down.
Overall, The Habit Burger & Grill delivered both on quality and service—definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

We went through the drive thru for dinner, and everything was great! The guy who took our order was friendly and the food was delicious! Going to Habit Burger & Grill is a treat and we haven’t had a bad experience. The service, and the food, is always really good. We usually have to wait a few minutes for our food, but to me that’s a good sign because it means they’re making it fresh and the food isn’t just thrown together or pre-made and sitting for a while. It’s a little pricey, but everything is expensive these days, and Habit is so worth it!

First thing I notice… the floor is SO sticky my shoes almost came off. Then order a simple burger combo, and it was $15. Certainly competing with those “guys” down the street for the priciest fast food. Then the system wants a tip when I pay. I don’t mind tipping, but I would also expect that the employees MOP THE FLOOR if you want a tip. There seems to be a disconnect here. Finally, my expensive burger arrives, and the top bun is toasted to a crisp. Actually burned into a cardboard structure.
There is a reason the place next door is busy, and this place isn’t. It could be really good, but the mgmt likely isn’t here, and doesn’t care.

This was our first time there. The burgers were crazy fresh, and the fries were just as good. I do agree that it’s a bit pricey based on previous reviews, but it was a great first experience, and we may be back. There’s just other burger places we really like to eat at more for the same price or cheaper. But it was really good!

for tge price of the meals there should be a cashier ringing us up without using the dumb computer. the one in columbia i went to had a personal touch. remove the sticjers from the tea urns or label them right. onion rings burnt, not enough. i shoukdnt have to order everything seperately. chicken sandwich off flavor, tpo many puckles. cant modify order on computer. music too loud. it should be liwer than someone talking normalky.

The staff is friendly and nice. The food was made quick. My opinion the burger was not worth the price. It was too salty and the burger meat was really thin and small. The French fries were hot but too salty for my taste. Though I would try the chicken bites because it was my first time trying this place out, and they weren’t worth the money. They were good but nothing special. They were like the chicken nuggets you would get from the frozen food case and deep-fried them at home. I do like the self-serve drink area, but it wasn’t clean. There was trash on the ground, and it needed to be wiped down. I can now say I tried them out, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Waiting 25 minutes in a drive-thru with no apology for the delay was bad enough, but receiving what can only be described as a charcoal burger instead of a charburger really took the cake. I definitely won’t be making a habit of coming back to this Habit Burger!
And I have proof. I waited. 25 minutes. Pull back your cameras. You’ll see that there was no one behind me. And he had all your employees, trying to avoid making eye Contact, and even coming to the window when I motion to them.

The burger I had was the tropical burger… Really full of flavor, only negative aspect was the fact that the juices from the pineapple made the bottom bun soggy.
Overall nice ambiance in the building and the decor was very comfortable, easy on the eyes. Cool place to wind down and enjoy those tasty, crispy onion rings.

Its bad enough I have to place my own order into the computer, the employees took 20-25 minutes to botch it.
Wrong bun, no pickles, overcooked, and the crispy fries were soggy.
However the guy did tey and Bing better fries …. still not crispy, but he made an effort
