I stopped in for a chicken club combo with fries and a drink, and the service was honestly one of the best parts of my visit. The cashier who helped me, Kayla, was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked up. She was patient while I decided what to order, made sure everything was correct, and had such a positive attitude that it actually made my day better.
The food came out hot and fresh, and she even checked back to make sure everything looked right before I left the counter. It’s rare to see someone who clearly cares about doing their job well and making customers feel comfortable.
Great service, great food, and I’ll definitely be back!

Tried it on a whim, and am so glad we did. Great portions for the price, and it tasted amazing! I had ordered a Santa Barbara cobb salad, the ingredients were SUPER fresh and it was delicious and filling. The burgers we ordered had great flavor, were cooked nicely, and presented beautifully. We dipped our fries and onion rings in ranch, and wow I could drink the stuff it was so good lol Our kids really enjoyed the limeade options offered, and appreciated the gummy burger candy that came with their kids meals. I thought it was very cute. Exceptional service, everybody was attentive and I could tell the place is taken good care of. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great meal ☺️

My wife loves Habit Burger and I placed an online order for her meal. Since my kids prefer Whataburger and the restaurants are very close, I picked up their burgers first and then came to Habit Burger for my wife’s order.
When we entered, employee named Terasia immediately told us we could not eat inside because we had food from Whataburger. I explained that my wife’s meal was from Habit Burger. After we sat down, she returned and said only my wife could eat inside and the rest of us had to go outside. We were forced to eat outside to avoid a scene.
I understand policies about outside food, but this situation clearly deserved flexibility since we had purchased food from Habit Burger and only wanted to sit together as a family. I like Habit Burger, but this rigid and unfriendly approach created a very negative experience.

I received the free chicken club when I downloaded the app with a two dollar purchase. That got me in the door. The restaurant looks clean, modern, and welcoming. I ordered the chicken club and fries along with a side of homemade ranch dressing. All of the food was perfect! I don’t believe you should compare this place to fast food restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is not the same when you eat at the habit, you are eating a higher quality product and it shows the chicken portion on the chicken club was smaller than I expected but I walked away very satisfied with my overall experience, and I believe you would as well.

Walked in and was greeted so professionally. Edwin was very helpful and polite in taking our order.
The food was good and fresh and looked like the photos as if it were put together with care, unlike most fast food. I recommend the toast as it was the best to me, but the other sandwhich on a bun was also good!

We love the Habit and we were excited to try the new restaurant in Spartanburg. Everything turned out great including my veggie burger on sourdough. Our son loved his cheeseburger meal with chocolate shake. The fries are always golden brown and delicious. Love the pepper bar too, with jalapeños, banana peppers, and other spicy toppings.

I was the first customer of the day at 10:30AM.
I was overcharged, instead of ringing me up for a combo as requested the cashier charged me for each item individually. The worst part however was that the avocado in my Santa Barbara sandwich was completely rotten. See pictures. Being the first customer of the day there is no excuse for the produce to be bad like that. Makes me concerned for the quality of the other ingredients.

One star only because I couldn’t leave no stars. The burgers are RAW. not rare, just absolutely not cooked, just brown on the outside. Asked for them to be remade and the new ones were exactly the same. They are going to make someone sick.

Lights off and closed. Called again and someone answered. All the person over the phone said was “interesting. Your only options are to either go back there tomorrow And request a refund or go online” this was such an inconvenience.
