I visited this place recently and I liked my burger and sweet potato fries. I believe that a sweet dipping sauce for the sweet potato fries would be a great addition but they were really good. The staff at this restaurant were nothing short of amazing. The service was great. They greeted and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and were very patient and knowledgeable about the menu. I recommend giving it a try and I also plan on returning.

There are kiosks (2 by entrance 1 by register) to order from. Folks tend to wait until a kiosk is available. Teriyaki Char is my favorite. Fries and onion rings are awesome! Glad there’s another quiet place to get a burger in Hopemills. Good luck with with parking during rush hours

Order was placed on the app. I asked if it was ready only ti be told it was not. After 30min, asked again, it was sitting there the whole time. While I waited for my oder, I watched multiple employees take breaks and play around instead of packing food that was ready waiting for be bagged. As an added bonus, my order was wrong! I double checked to make sure I requested NO CHEESE and instead got a burger with cheese that I couldn’t eat. No wonder the reviews are only 3.4 stars… I am surprised they even received that!

If I could do 0 stars I would but CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. It was not busy at all , and when our order came out the lady working the register was very rude to us 2 times . . Had a very bad attitude . This was our first time going there and we didn’t even want the food that’s how disrespectful she was. I hope this location is the only one with this problem.

The burger would have been GREAT, but there was so much salt in it that it was inedible. The same with the fries. The onion rings were great.

It was my 1st time trying Habit Burger & Grill after a recommendation to go to try their renown burger. I got the Charburger.
Unfortunately, the 1st bite I took I wanted to spit it out. The grilled onions tasted really stale or burnt…I had to wipe them all off the burger. That didn’t help because the patty was bland.
I’ve had many kinds of burgers all over the states and world–and this is probably the worst burger I’ve had, taste-wise. Disappointing knowing the hype of this place.
Maybe it’s just the new location not getting it right initially. I would say there is something definitely wrong with the grilled onions at least. Something needs to improve at this location or hire people who know how to cook the original Habit recipe correctly.

$35 for 2 burger meals and an extra side a fries. The fries were cold and the burger was a greasy sloppy mess. The bun was so saturated that it literally fell apart. The hamburger meat was like rubber and it was salty. I did not eat it. Very disappointing!

My chicken sandwich was literally thrown together and my fries were dry and lukewarm. I had like 4 small pieces of chicken on the sandwich instead of a full chicken fillet. The food at the restaurant on skibo is much fresher.
