Extremely disappointed with the service today. I ordered a Full Char Box and specifically requested one burger with no cheese due to a severe allergy. I even confirmed this twice with the drive thru associate while watching him input it on the screen wrong. Despite the verbal and screen confirmation, I got home to find cheese on the burger. This is a serious safety issue—we are talking about people’s health and lives. Please train your staff to take allergy requests seriously; this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Best food!! The harvest salad is seriously amazing and the chicken is very fresh. Great prices for everything. Delicious sweet potato fries and chicken bites. Workers are always very nice. Love this place.

Our experience at Habit burger was really disappointing. Although we were very excited to see a veggie burger on the menu, taste wise it was a huge let down. The burger was simultaneously very salty and bitter and had an unpleasant after taste. The chicken burger also had a similar flavor profile. Huge let down.

Good food with good choices but I came in and ordered food to dine-in at 3:20, the door said they were open until 4 for holiday hours, and at 3:22 the staff said they were closing in 10 minutes and asked if they can pack my order to go. When I asked how long it would take to make so I could eat it in between, they said 7 minutes and made it pretty clear I should leave. I wouldn’t have ordered if my only option was to-go and now I’ll eat uncomfortably in my car.

We were staying at a local hotel to attend a funeral and decided to go here to pu dinner. Double bacon cheeseburger and California chicken sandwich. Both were very good, made quickly and very friendly staff. The only negative feedback would be cost seeing it was $36 for a burger and chicken sandwich other than that very good and we would go again if there was a location anywhere near our home in Massachusetts.

Do yourselves a favor: order the Santa Barbara Char!! This is absolutely one of the best fast food burgers I have ever had and I travel the states looking for amazing and unique burgers, both fast food and not. I add a little Thousand Island to mine when I order it at home FYI, but this burger completely slaps either way.

Stopping by the Brunswick Square Mall in East Brunswick, I had the pleasure of discovering Habit Burger to satisfy my munchies. The spotless ambiance and ample seating made for a comfortable dining experience.
Opting for the Original charburger meal, I was impressed by the unmistakable freshness of the 100% ground beef patty. The burger was a symphony of flavors with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, caramelized onions, mayo, and pickles, all nestled in a perfectly grilled bun. The meal included a side of irresistibly crunchy fries and a drink, all at a very reasonable price.
For those yet to experience Habit Burger’s flame-grilled perfection, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s a burger haven that delivers on taste, quality, and value—an excellent choice for burger enthusiasts seeking a satisfying and affordable dining option.

We were curious about another burger joint opening up in Jersey. We were craving for a fresh burger as our favorite Five Guys & Shake Shack delivers consistently. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo. Meat is fresh but it needed seasoning. Fries came out hot but nothing special about it. Overall, I would comeback again if I was in East Brunswick mall.

Amazing chicken sandwich ! We got the chicken char sandwich and there was so much flavor and was cooked perfectly. With the added customizations it was perfect. Definitely will come and eat here again!

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
What made it even more surprising was that there were about six employees working, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. We were greeted, if you can even call it that by the cashier, who immediately listed everything they didn’t have and told us they close at 9, not 10 like it says online. Not exactly a welcoming start.
We went ahead and placed our order at the kiosk and had a $25 gift card we wanted to use. The kiosk didn’t have an option to enter a gift card, so we asked if it could be used there. Her response: “Well, were you able to put it in?” We said no that’s why we were asking and she replied, “Then I guess not,” with a tone that made it seem like we were bothering her.
She then took the order manually, tried swiping the card about eight times, and simply said, “Yeah, it doesn’t work. I can give you 20% off,” without any explanation about why the card wasn’t working or how to resolve it. At that point, we just decided not to order.
