Overall, the service and attention to customer requests were very poor. Getting a cold meal and an incorrect order, while also having a simple request ignored, made the whole experience frustrating. I expected much better.

$6 Gotta Habit Meal Deal:
1/2 BBQ Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Tempura Green Beans
Fountain Drink
I came across one of the most cost effective and tastiest lunch specials. This specific deal was not advertised throughout the store, but I discovered it while searching the in-store menu kiosk.
This prix fixe deal includes the following menu items:
1/2 BBQ Chicken Sandwich:
The sandwich was piled with multiple toppings and serve in toasted sour dough bread. Although this was only a half a sandwich, it was still fulfilling for a standard lunch.
Tempura Green Beans:
If you are looking for a twist on french fries, this is the perfect pick! In lieu of potato, string beans are cooked in crispy tempura batter. It is a win-win if to have them plain or with a dipping sauce of your choice.
Fountain Drink:
Wash your meal down with a beverage of your choice ranging from Pepsi products, iced tea, or limeade.
If you are feeling thirsty, free refills are an option.
The Gotta Habit meal deal is the perfect portion if you are looking to have lunch without feeling overly full. It will definitely hold you over until dinnertime. If you are looking to vary your choice, an $8 and $10 special is also available.

IM PISSED!!!
ORDERED THROUGH THE KIOSK THING THEY HAVE UPON ENTERING.
TWO GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES BOTH MESSED UP.
NO SAUCE AND ONE WOTH GRILLED ONIONS. I HAVE TWO SANDWICHES BOTH WITH A LOT OF SAUCE AND NO GRILLED ONIONS
I PAID CLOSE TO 30 BUCKS FOR SHIT!
For $12 plus tax I got a double-patty “Char-Burger” plus a side of fries and a medium soft drink. Not a bad deal in these heavily-inflation-driven times we live in. The portion size was average. Not small, but nothing to write home about, either.
The food – was definitely a 3 out of 5. The burger patties appeared to be cooked from frozen, from what I could see from the ordering counter. The meat was just a touch dry, though not enough to qualify it as “bad.” It did lack any serious beef flavor. I would put the patties (I got a double) somewhere between Burger King and Five Guys. Five guys is MUCH juicier, and has much more beef flavor, though – but you also pay a lot more at Five Guys.
The fries were also just one step above ‘meh.’ They were a fatter, more “steak fry” style than a shoestring, but most of the fries were very short and stubby. Served warm, they had a good balance between crispy and chewy. They did not seem overly greasy. They also definitely seem to have come from frozen. A slight touch better than the Ore-Idas living in your freezer.
Overall the place was just fine for the price. The atmosphere felt more expensive than the menu, and the food tasted on-par for the decent prices. On their cups they claim “Best Tasting Burger In America.” I wonder how they can make this claim without some kind of disclaimer. However, while not a bad place to stop for a burger, it is definitely NOT the best tasting burger in America. If you want a hearty, giant, beefy-tasting moist burger, though? Stick with Five Guys.
EDIT:
I decided to give it another try and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was on the thinner side but it wasn’t dry at all. And, to my delight, the green beans were once again unbelievably good and a great alternative to the standard fries. I also would be remiss if I didn’t mention how helpful and charming the servers were. Lovely, relaxing outdoor seating is free-of-charge; don’t sit in the front of the store – it’s extremely WINDY.
I personally prefer the freshness of the ingredients inside over other burger places.
I switched to sweet potato fries instead of regular fries, which were smoother and had a nice sweet potato flavor, making it a satisfying meal.
