I have visited a couple of times. God location with ample parking.
The food and beverage quality is good. Pretty good burgers and fries.
The service is OK. Can be somewhat slow.
The atmosphere is nice.
Overall, a reasonable good value. It was $12 for the char-burger combo with fries and a drink.

Part 2 of my Union Township exploration. Today I wanted to try Habit Burger and Grill, I’ve seen other locations before but since I have to wait in Union Township for my Daughter…why not try it !!!
I downloaded the app and registered and received a free charburger offer with a purchase of a drink. It’s a win win because I ordered lunch for myself and gave the charburger to my daughter, and I only had to get a drink. I walked inside and they have kiosks to order which I prefer to use.
I was intrigued by the sirloin sandwich. I left most the toppings so I can taste how it was intended to be served except BBQ sauce. As much as I love BBQ sauce it doesn’t love me lol . So that was the only thing I omitted. I added a side of onion rings which comes with a choice of sauce. I left the default Ranch. While I waited …it is busy its lunch time… I gathered my ketchup (I forgot I didn’t order fries don’t judge my memory lapse) they have a hot pepper station and I grabbed some pickled jalapeños.
I had ordered a drink for my daughter and a bottle water for me. They give you your drinks when your order is given. I didn’t wait long for my order despite them being busy.
Now my tummy excitement to try this sirloin sandwich.
Everything came very presentable and appetizing.
Now have an open mind people this is a fast food restaurant and even though I eat my steaks medium rare to medium …common sense was the sirloin was going to be cooked to the stores recipe.
So that’s why I didn’t get my panties in wad upset…. I enjoyed the sandwich as is.
The sirloin is a thin cut and seasoned despite being a sirloin it was not chewy or tough. It placed on toasted ciabatta bread with garlic aioli topped with aged white cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and grilled onions. It was very good and the toasty edges of the bread tasted like garlic bread yummmyyyy. The onion rings done perfectly to give it a crunch when you bite into them. Not soggy at all. I didn’t care for the ranch the onion rings were seasoned so I didn’t need extra flavor. Towards the end of me eating the sandwich I tossed in the jalapeños …it was yummy additional tang and kick to the sandwich. So if you have to wait for someone in the union Township area near Kean University and you’re hungry …give Habit a go!! It’s really good and filling ☺️ I definitely recommend it. Enjoy!!!!!

Ordered delivery, 1st time. Although skeptical b/c of its “4.2 rating” (as per the “3rd party, delivery service). We were left pleasantly surprised after our experience. While I’d agree the price was a bit much for fast food / per order, we rationalized that Habit was delish & surprisingly satisfying, as their burgers seemed a bit small. Ingredients seemed fresh. Fries tasted like “McD’s” but larger. Onion rings were a bit on the “salty side (batter)” but good. Burgers were cooked/ seasoned well & our order was sent correctly & to our requested specifications which enhanced our dining experience. Hope it will continue itself consistent our next order/s. Everyone ordered their specific choice of meal but Habit’s “family -$50- box” was a good option for family’s.

Probably the nicest addition to the plaza here as far as cleanliness and staff.
The burgers are great and the price is right. The chicken sandwiches are pretty sub par but the nuggets and fries are good.
You can usually find deals online or on the app.
The eating areas are clean and theres surprisingly a lot of tables and seats. Definitely recommend.

Definitely a better burger than McD, BK, Wendy’s but not as good as RedRobin, BareBurger, ZinBurger. Similar in size to Bobby’s Burger Palace but not up to par. The French fries were nice and fresh. Not your typical bbq sauce, I didn’t like it! The milkshake was good. The lady in the front was attentive and the service fast

Received a coupon in the mail for a free Charburger and decided to give this place a try. First it’s located in a really cool plaza. Up and coming! I tried their Charburger which came with lettuce, tomato, cheese and mayonnaise. Bun was soft and the burger itself wasn’t too bad! The burger meat wasn’t a fat juicy one. It was more a thin and juicy kind. It came out a bit medium rare. The prices were reasonable. I did like their chicken bites! Those were a good size. Place was clean and the staff was super friendly. I would come back to this place and try their chicken sandwiches and milkshakes!

This really was much better than the photo looks! A veggie burger in a lettuce wrap I suppose isn’t very photogenic! But I loved how the veggie burger was tasty and the grilled onions were the perfect touch. And the multiple crispy lettuce layers acting as the bun really made it feel like a true burger. I’ll definitely be going back. I forgot to take a picture of the green beans but those were pretty awesome!

When plans fail due to the 3pm traffic The Habit Burger Grill is where it’s at to grab some grub! My girls had a char grilled burger w/fries and a milk shake and I had chicken nuggets w sweet potato fries and a fountain drink. Everything was good.
Inside was nice and clean but out the door that day it seemed like someone dropped their milkshake so we had to use caution entering and exiting. Other than that good experience, staff needs to be more loud when calling orders and friendly.

This was such an amazing place , the food was really fresh, the tables were clean and the customer service was incredible. The wait wasn’t long and the flavor and taste of the food was absolutely amazing.
