This was my first time eating here and I really enjoyed it! I’m not usually a burger person, but I left no crumbs behind — their food was that good. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. My only complaint was that the fries were a bit too salty, but other than that, everything was great. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

My husband and I first time trying Habit Burger. We both ordered salads, wasn’t in the mood for a burger. He had the chicken ceaser salad and I had the chicken garden salad. He ordered a side of onion rings and I got the tempura string beans. Everything tasted GREAT, the tempura string beans are EVERYTHING!!! The only hiccup we experienced was the worker who was in the front, she seemed to be the person in charge. She was not welcoming, we didn’t initially want to use the kiosk it was our first time there and we had a few questions but the woman let us know she was busy and if we had a card to do our order on the kiosk. We went on and placed the order on the kiosk, when we sat to wait for our order another couple came in and she welcomed them and took there order right away. I really wanted to address her but decided to get my food and go. When the order was complete she pushed the bag toward us letting us know our order was ready. I would love to go back to try a burger, but I don’t want to go if that rude, unwelcoming lady is there. This Habit Burger is close to home, but I’ll probably try another location.

I got 2 burgers, fries, and a drink. Let me tell you, I ate all of them right up. They were incredible. I don’t know why more people don’t go here. The establishment was clean and so were the bathrooms. Every thing in the bathroom was no touch as well. The bathroom had a clean lemon smell and even the stall doors were shiny and clean. 10/10 experience.

What an amazing place to dine in! I ordered the veggie patty burger and my husband ordered the Charred portbella burger and wow!! The quality is absolutely amazing. Fresh veggies and amazing taste. The ambience is great too! Highly recommended to check out this joint if you’re a vegetarian and wanna eat veggie burgers.. cause it’s hard to find places that serve veggie burgers.

I ordered a charmburger and fries and it was awful. The bun and fries was so soaked it felt like it had been dipped in water, my hands were covered in grease, and the burger was falling apart. I tried to push through and eat it, since it’s normal for burgers to not always hold their shape, but everything was excessively wet, greasy, covered in oil, sauce and was cold. It completely killed my appetite, so I had to throw it away. They refused to issue a refund, which made the experience even more disappointing. I recently discovered Habit Burger & Grill and quickly made it a regular spot, ordering about three times a week. Unfortunately, this experience was so unpleasant that it completely changed how I feel about the place.

This place is consistent. I always get good burgers, fries are always hot and crunchy. People who work here are well-mannered. And they still have the best shakes, smashburger shakes don’t hold a candle. I’m currently eating mine as ice cream after letting the other half freeze over night.

I used to live in Santa Barbara and my go-to was The Habit (not In n’ Out Burger!!) because of their options especially their veggie burger. I’m so glad that they’re out east, as I honestly believe they make really good fast food. Their onion rings are really crispy and I always ask for ranch dressing for dipping. I ordered their tempurah green beans for the first time and, wow, loved them. They’ll be my substitute for onion rings fron now on.Their tenderloin sandwich was a nice surprise although I had ordered the tuna, and the cashier misheard me. The service can be improved, as I waited for awhile for someone to notice me as I was needing cutlery. Plenty of parking and so far, no crowds (yet). You can order at the pavilion machines to save time.
Update: The staff who work there take their time to take care of customers who don’t go to the kiosk, and they don’t seem particularly happy about it. They have pretty dour faces when taking orders and doing their work. I’m a bit hesitant to go now because they seem rather irritated in having to do their jobs. Also the tuna sandwich was not good at all – a thin slice of fish and hardly any tartar sauce. I was surprised how much it didn’t taste or look good. And it cost nearly $10.

I’m officially done with this place. These people couldn’t make an order correctly if you paid them extra. I watched them mess up so many orders tonight. They put someone else’s food in another customers bag. The cashier took my order correctly but the staff made my Chicken club sandwich order totally wrong and then when they went to make it over had the option of looking at the receipt to confirm exactly what the order was but chose not to look at the receipt. The employee then asked if it should have mayonnaise. When I told her no she said now they have to cook the chicken over again as though it was somehow my fault. But then when the replacement order came, they had switched the meat from chicken to hamburger. Go figure. After all that waiting the toasted bread tasted very greasy…it just isn’t the same here anymore. The music is turned up so loud that you can’t even hear each other. If you plan on eating here, check you order. They forget to put tomatoes on sandwiches. The last time I ate here there were issues as well and I tried again. There used to be a guy cooking the food and the food was always on point. There also used to be an older gentleman working here who is now gone. The orders were always right back then. The food and the service have declined since they left. This was definitely my last time. I’m definitely done trying to get good service here…..Not going to waste my time again.

I went to eat dinner at Habita Burger and Grill In Bloomfield Nj on Bloomfield Ave last night after my son basketball game. My son’s and I love this restaurant. When we walked in we were Greeted by Rico in a perfect way(smiled, Hello welcome to Habitat and may I take your order). GET is everything to me(greet,engage and thank). When we finished ordering with Rico we sat down and waited for our food. We came in contact with one of the most loving, attentive, patient and happiest associates at Habitat Burger and Grill. Sylvia was so amazing she made my 2 boys their best friend and myself feel very comfortable. She interacted with us the whole time. She asked about my son game I asked about her kids 1 of her boys ball also. She was truly truly amazing. The whole staff that night was amazing even the 2 cooks. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh nicely cooked and hot on the spot. The way we ordered is the way it came out. When we were ready to leave I ordered a to go meal for my husband and Sylvia took our order to perfection. She also used the GET method. By the way my husband was pleased with his meal also. Upon leaving, Sylvia came out and thanked us and offered my boys candy and Thanked us for coming. I Love how we were treated and cant wait to see them again. The team there ROCKS!!!!!!!
