Ordered shredded chicken burrito. Fabulous tastes and textures. Enjoyed music played for dining. Clean, bright, festive atmosphere. Excellent wait staff. Good value for money. Chips and dips were delicious appetizers, complimentary. One of the salsas was made from tomatillos and cilantro, a treat for my tongue. Burrito was large and mildly seasoned.

They have a good variety of Tex Mex. I really enjoy the Poblanos, the Poblanos tour was very delicious.

Our family loved Habaneros when they first opened. The food was, and still is, delicious and authentic. However, our last experience was awful. Our server was slow and did not seem to care about her job. We didn’t receive chips and salsa and had to ask the busboy for service on several occasions. The server never refilled our drinks, waited 15 minutes to deliver the rest of my meal after the first portion was already delivered lukewarm, my dad didn’t receive is margarita until after we received our check and the server never apologized for any of it nor cracked a smile. I’m not one to write reviews, but felt obligated to write this after our experience. We are all disappointed. What happened Habaneros?

A really great restaurant with awesome homemade guacamole. The server we had was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. My only complaint is the food didn’t wow me (I ordered a platter for 2 to share with my mom) Yes, it was good, but it wasn’t great. If you want above average food at a decent price then I would definitely recommend it.

We liked that it was a busy place, but not so busy that we had to wait at 6:30 on a Saturday to be seated. By 7:30 it was much busier. The style of cooking and seasonings used were better than the standard Mexican restaurant. We had the empanada platter and the shrimp quesadilla and both were excellent. They were also very generous portions. My husband and I could have shared just one of those and that would have been enough. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend stopping by and give it a try. Amazing quality food and service. Everything we have ordered has great authentic flavor, savory, sweet, heat – whatever youre looking for! The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Depending on the day, wait times for food can be slower than expected but not excessively so. My favorite thing is their Sunday brunch menu with bottomless drinks option. Never disappointed!

Newer restaurant (2017) here in Westminster Md. with some very unique and authentic food.
We have eaten here a couple of times and each time I was impressed by their menu selections.
Also, the bar has great specials and drinks which are as unique as the food. If you like tequila, they have a lot of options in types of tequila.

Mixed feelings on this place. They have a bit of an identity crisis. They have possibly the most complete tequila selection I’ve ever seen. Their salsa is fresh and authentic and the margaritas are decent. We were, however disappointed by the entrees. I would not consider them authentic, and definitely a bit Americanized. Having said this, we will give them another chance and try some other options on the menu.

We moved here a year ago and went to Habaneros about 1-2 times a month. Unfortunately we aren’t planning on coming back. My husband and I ate there last night and I really think Habaneros is one of the most bipolar places I’ve eaten – either our experience is great and the food is delicious, or they have the most checked out staff I’ve ever seen and the food is inedible and gets sent back. Never an in between experience.

I know their menu has changed 3 times even in the last year, and it seems like they have a high turnover rate with staff too. This latest group seems overall disinterested with their job and are always congregating at the hostess stand and have their phones out.

Last night my husband and I sat in the bar area and were one of the last groups in to eat. We arrived to our server having made a mistake on someone else’s tab (not discounting $5 off fajita night) and the manager (a tall man in a blue shirt with a beard) was helping them out with it. Our server (same guy I had last time) seemed panicked throughout our meal. My margarita was so syrupy and thick I had it re-made, our server stacked our chip baskets on top of each other instead of removing the old baskets, and served sides in ramikens with the lid on instead of on a plate (or at least take the lid off?).

My steak fajitas (the server was not aware it was $5 off fajita night when we double checked with him) were completely inedible – this is not the first review I’m seeing about this – the vegetables were underdone, and the meat was grey, had a film on it, and rubbery. We were also the only guests left to get served dinner and our food took almost 40 minutes to come out… and my husbands Tejana Platter was cold.

I asked to speak to the manager and the bartender came over instead of the manager in the blue shirt we had seen earlier… even though he was still there? I ordered chipotle chicken enchiladas which were served hot and tasted much better, but the entire experience was bad from start to finish and the staff seemed just as underwhelmed as us to be there. I’m not willing to take the gamble of what kind of experience I have at Habaneros again – it’s not worth the effort, which is a shame.

Food was good.
Service (Catherine) was good.
While we were eating there was a bunch if small flying bugs hovering around our table. It was hard to enjoy the food while we were having to constantly swat the bugs away. Othet then that the restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
