My family and I come here occasionally. Today I was craving enchiladas and decided to purchase some from this location online. I’m not picky, I have zero complaints about the food. However when I walked in, the two female workers at the front seemed less than pleased that they may have had to do their jobs in that moment. (Mind you my food was already packaged on the counter) I hate to use this term but, “rbf” is exactly what it was. Why treat paying customers this way? A simple “hi” would suffice. To shoot nasty looks and not speak is so unwelcoming. I hope it’s not like this the next time we come in. Please do better. Good customer service goes a long way

I seriously can’t believe it’s only a 4.1- this place was phenomenal with the amount of food we received in the combo plus the service before a concert was hands down amazing. We ordered combo #4 and couldn’t finish them- it was so tasty and super fresh! We were hesitant after seeing the reviews but gave it a shot since it was walking distance from our hotel and so glad we did!

Well I was pretty disappointed in the restaurant this visit. Not because the food was bad. Because the service was subpar. Our drinks were not refilled. One time. We had to flag down the waitress for anything we needed. The waitress was nice enough. Just not very good at her job. Food was good but portions were small. Probably won’t be back here anytime soon

The place was not busy, I received horrible service and the food was worse than the service! I have eaten a lot of Tex Mex food in my life and I must say this was THE most disappointing experience and food I have ever had in Orlando in my 57 years here! I had to get another waiter to help me get a To Go box! This was supposed to be a treat for myself after having a horrible week and this experience just made it worse! I want my money back so I can go somewhere else to have some real Tex Mex food!
