Stopped for dinner before a movie. Wow was the food delicious! We split shrimp fajitas and had premium margarits. Definitely worth the upcharge. The salsa has a little kick, and the habenero salsa (available on request) gives that perfect burn for those who like it hot. Comfy booth, fast friendly service. We will be back…soon!

Cozy decor, nice bar. Very good margaritas. The food was excellent (soft tacos, pupusas, plantain). The service was on point. I loved that the staff did not bother us during our dinner, and didn’t try to push us out the door as closing time approached. Thank you, Habanero’s! We got catering for 40 people and everything was AMAZING! Portion sizes were huge and the tacos came with 6+ large tubs of salsa, trays of radishes and cucumbers, and large trays chips. Multiple guests wrote down the name of the restaurant because they loved the food! The order was ready on time and was hot and ready to eat! Will definitely be back! All employees were friendly and helpful!

Best kept secret in Frederick and my favorite Mexican restaurant in the county. They have the best fajitas, tacos and enchiladas that I’ve ever had. I don’t know what their secret marinade is but I love it. The meat is tender and so flavorful. Their margaritas are very good too and they are big. We have become frequent customers and they already know us and greet us like their friends. I’m sure the other items on their menu are very good too but I usually get the same because it’s that good.

Brought the girlfriend here for her 21st birthday. She had her ID and papers completely up to date. She ordered an alcoholic drink, and the server seemed a bit puzzled at it. She checked with the manager (I assume), they scanned it and it all seemed good (check mark on the scan screen). The barteneder/manager then came over and informed us that it has to be the day AFTER you turn 21 to be served alcohol, which is completely false. We could see and hear the server fighting against them, trying to explain that she was 21 and could drink, but they did not serve her. We decided to stay and eat anyway, we both ordered street taco platters. The tacos were absolutely covered in tomatoes, lettuce, and unmelted cheddar cheese. They legitimately looked from Taco bell. We did not eat them, and they took the tacos off the bill and we only paid for drinks.

I got the Birria Quesadilla and that thing was STUFFED as you see in the picture. This is the only place in Frederick that hasn’t skimped out on the meat. It was so good and flavorful. They give you the perfect amount of consumé also. Definitely will return!

Great little spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. Food is delicious and service is outstanding. The servers are super friendly and efficient. The red sangria was really good. We stopped for a late lunch and cocktails and ended up coming back the next day for take out for a road trip.

Overall, had some really good Tamales here and the steak fajita dish tasted really good. Unfortunately, some of the cook on the fajitas was uneven and certain onions and peppers were less seasoned and less cooked than others. The tres leches cake for dessert was exactly what I was hoping for!

Just magnificent: the Tex-Mex and Central American food is delicious, and the service was courteous and attentive. It might seem like a small thing, but the restaurant was very well lit when we visited. We will definitely go again!
