Incredibly inconsistent. When it’s good it’s good and worth the slight price increase over Chipotle in my opinion. When it’s bad, well, at best you get something barely edible (undercooked rice, gristly steak) and at worst you get food poisoning (bonus points for both). The only reason I keep coming back is because I work in the building next door and it’s convenient, otherwise, it wouldn’t be worth the gamble.

I get lunch here all the time. It’s really good in my opinion. I get the bowl or the burrito with chicken and guac no beans.

Come here frequently for lunch and it’s almost always good. Decent portions and chicken is flavorful.

It is a decent place to get a taco or two, though I preferred when they had the location at food court at North Bridge mall. The service is alright, though production of the products tends to be lobsided, for example asked for sour cream on my three tacos, because they were using a spoon to apply it one taco got a huge amount the next got a little and the third barely got any. I only come to this location once in a long while, when I am really craving a halfway decent taco. But the quality from here is not always the best.

I went here while my husband, was at training. I visited there all three days while in the Chicago area. The food was amazing and consistent each time. The steak burrito my fav. Large portions. The staff were amazing. Remembering a person and customer service was excellent. I am a chef from Grand Rapids Michigan. And When I am back in the Chicago area I will definitely be back to visit.

Meat portions are tiny. I had a steak burrito and it tasted like rice and beans mostly with a hint of steak. Eat somewhere else in Merchandise Mart.

I like this restaurant. I often eat here for lunch. The chicken bowl is really good and the tacos. Expect a long line during lunch hours. Order your food through ritual to avoid the line. Great customer service and they get you in and out.

BEST fish tacos. But at the time that I went, the rice was dry and the black beans were a little bland. Although you can add your favorite spices to anything to make it taste for your liking:) Definitely recommend this place.

Put some onion and jalapeno in the Pico de Gallo!!! Tomato and cilantro is not Pico de Gallo. That’s just tomato and cilantro. Don’t worry, won’t kill Los Gringos.
