My husband and I finally stopped by to try out this restaurant! I’m so glad we did! The servers were quick to attend to us upon entering the door. We quickly sat down during lunch traffic ordered drinks and appetizers! We ordered the beef empanadas! So good y’all! Definitely do not pass on them! The avioli sauce was a perfect match on them! For lunch we ordered the Cuban and the Lechon (pulled roasted pork) dish. Literally everything was so delicious!!

I believe it would fall in between 3 and 4 stars. The service was great but the brown rice that came out with pork was very dry. The Cuban sandwich was not hot and only warm. It tasted ok but was certainly not the best Cuban I’ve ever had. I would probably return and try other items on the menu

I’ve been here in Tallahassee going on 3 years and now that I am moving back home to New Mexico I have stopped by to eat and boy do wish I would of eaten here before. The service was great just as well was the food I had my first Cuban sandwich ever I can say if you have never eaten here you are missing out. I definitely recommend this spot .

Ordered a ropa vieja sandwich and it looked like just boiled pork. I asked the waitress about it and she insisted it was correct even though I showed her what it was supposed to look like from another Google reviewer at the same restaurant. Tasted about like the picture looks. She brought me some juice from the container it was in and that helped. It was late in the evening and maybe the best people weren’t working that day. Evidence suggests they know how to do it right, I just caught them on an off day.

The food here is decent, although can be a little dry and bland at times. Still, this is probably the best Cuban place we have here in Tallahassee.

Very affordable, that was the first surprise. I liked that they have so many choices in the menu, I had a difficult time deciding. Good portion, good season, fast service. Definitely, recommend it.

This place is amazing . I went and the hostess was the owners younger daughter she was so nice and sweet, the oldest daughter was my server and I love a family owned restaurant! I got the ropa veja con arroz y frijoles, and for dessert I got affogato (coffee and ice cream) it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever had! I recommend this restaurant if you want good Cuban food!

First time visiting Tallahassee, FL and this was a must stop to place for lunch! The host and waitress were very welcoming and provided great service! Food was delicious . I had the Cuban traditional rice with the black beans, pulled pork with onions and yucca con mojo! For appetizer I had ham croquettes with their house sauce and to drink I had Jupiña! My husband had the Cuban sandwich and he loved it, great taste to it! I definitely recommend this place! Not to mention that price was fair and well worth it. Before leaving we were offered to have the Cuban coffee we sure didn’t reject the offer. One shot of it was enough to get back on the road to head back home! Will be back soon!
