I’ve been here before for a scoop here and there. Always clean and crowded. I appreciate their fast paced service. Today I treated myself to a Belgium shake. I do not typically go for milkshakes, this was a great choice. It was very thick and chocolatey. It has chocolate shavings that were very rich and they add a drizzle of hot fudge which also comes through. I like that their milkshakes do not taste like milk. Will be back to try some seasonal favorites or classic scoops.

Went in to order yesterday, our order and the customer service was fine but big problem : the employee (who although was very kind) had his long hair out, not netted. As I waited for my order, I noticed hair in 3 different tubs of ice cream! I was disgusted. Took my order and left, I felt bad since the employee was very nice. Management- this needs to be addressed, big health concern. Nets should be worn, especially if you have employees with long hair.

I’ve been going to this Haagen-Dazs for about 13 years since we moved to Fair Lawn. The service has always been very friendly and the atmosphere is nice especially since it was renovated a few years ago.
Being a premium brand, the offerings are always delicious regardless of flavor. But, my favorites are Bourbon Praline Pecan, Rocky Road and Pineapple Coconut. My son likes their Cookies & Cream Shakes. As with any other H-D, they offer ice cream cakes as well. Refer to my pics for prices.
There are a several tables as well as a barstools along the front window.
Stop by Haagen-Dazs in Fair Lawn for a treat for the kids. Or just yourself! (Don’t forget to ask for a receipt so you can earn points via the Haagen-Dazs app!)

Haagen-Dazs ice cream is one of the best I’ve ever tried. It is good they have own cafe where you can try it.
Especially sorbets (raspberry and watermelon) are good with any toppings.
They also have milkshakes.
Recently they did a renovation inside and now they are cleaner place that is looking good.

First of all I just want to start by complimenting all the workers there. The customer service is astonishing. They’re so generous and kind. Always a smile on their faces. Me and my son have been coming into this shop for 6 months now, twice a week and we love everything about it. The ice cream is amazing! The smoothies are just as great. And the price is very reasonable. I truly love how fresh and rich every single thing in this place taste. 5+ stars!!!

Store closes at 9pm and it is 8:30pm as i’m about to walk in and the female worker locked the door in my face. Didn’t even bother to say why or explain why they were closing early . Horrible customer service and business. If it says it closes at 9pm it should close at 9pm not whenever they feel like it. As a person who works in customer service i would never slam and lock the door without explanation to my customer. O stars if i could give
