I honestly wasn’t even planning on getting dessert because I was SO full, but I tried the pistachio ice cream and it was absolutely delicious So creamy and flavorful. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and welcoming you truly don’t feel like you’re bothering anyone. Not all locations are the same, but this one definitely deserves its flowers!

I had such a great experience. The ice cream was delicious. The staff were friendly and patient. The shop itself was clean and in a great location at Dania Pointe, perfect for grabbing a sweet treat while walking around.

The store has a clean, cozy vibe, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a treat with friends or family. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, especially when you’re trying to decide between flavors. Their milkshakes and cones are also really good and filling.

I was very surprised and disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene at this location. While the ice cream itself is delicious, I couldn’t help but notice that one of the employees was serving it with bare hands, without gloves or proper use of utensils. Her hand was visibly covered in melted ice cream, which was quite concerning.
What was even more troubling is that after serving the ice cream, she immediately moved on to ring up customers at the register, and then continued serving the next guests without washing her hands. When I politely pointed out that her hands were dirty, she didn’t respond or acknowledge the issue.
I understand that gloves aren’t always mandatory, but when an employee is directly touching food, especially something that won’t be cooked, gloves or proper hygiene should be absolutely required. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously, because food safety should always be a top priority.

I ordered a mango smoothie but what I got was basically mango juice. They completely forgot the ice, so it wasn’t cold, thick, or refreshing at all. Very disappointing, especially since I was expecting a smoothie and not watered-down juice. Wouldn’t recommend if this is the quality.

They really need to do a much better job staffing up and training employees at this location. It took at least 25-30 minutes to serve maybe 7 or 8 customers ahead of me. While I was waiting at least 3-4 employees in visors came and went thru the side door that must be an employee area. The ice cream is good but … get your act together. Sundays are busy so train your ppl to deal with volume so less people decide to just walk away. P.S. their prices make no sense.

In my opinion this brand is one of the best out there. No doubt. Ice cream is so creamy and they have many different flavors. This location in particular is nicely located at the end of the Lawn where all the fun and activities happens. Store is a bit small and runs busy especially on the weekends, but the service is quick and efficient. Staff is nice and friendly and will offer free samples. Plus, this last time when I visited they were even running a promotion where they will give you a mini cup of pistachio ice cream totally free.
