This Sunday I had Ice cream there and it was one of those caramel doche ones and it was almost melted to the point of being milk shake. And the people working there did not know even the sizes I kept saying one size and the girl kept repeating size small then I said yeah fine size small.

Hi Manu! If you are going to let everyone walk away with free sugar cones even though you aren’t supposed to for the free ice cream thing, I don’t think it makes sense that you would purposely stop me and let everyone else go. What were you going to do if I walked away? Please get yourself together there is no reason to call a customer over saying you need to charge them more because of your dumb mistake!

Fan of Haggen daz. But this one was average. Not because of ice creams but the service and price ! Obviously being in mall , it’s crowded and very slow service . Still, we like to have a cone or cup ice cream ,.. or milk shakes ! Love their mango sherbet and chocolate ice creams . 3/5 ⭐️ is the maximum I can give 🙂

Great experience! The store was clean, staff were friendly, and the ice cream was top-tier rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I tried Belgian Chocolate and Strawberry in a waffle cone both were amazing. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for the quality. Highly recommend for a sweet treat!

I went to get my favorite flavor Pralines and Cream. It so was terrible I couldn’t even finish it! It tasted stale and full of freezer burn. I wound up throwing it out which is not like me. She also overcharged me! I ordered a small cup and a soft drink and she charged me $9. No receipt given and no prices shown. Definitely lost a long time customer!
