I had a very disappointing experience at the Häagen-Dazs in Freehold Raceway Mall. The service here has gone downhill, and the staff clearly do not care about customers. I specifically went in for their banana and banana split ice cream, and they intentionally skipped putting it out, even though they had it in the back. When I asked, the staff acted annoyed and gave vague excuses instead of simply helping.
The attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a brand like Häagen-Dazs. If they don’t want to serve customers properly, they shouldn’t be in business.
Save your time and money — this location seriously needs better management and much better customer service. I will not be returning

@haagendaz selling ice cream is Supposed to be happy thing
and make you feel in a good mood. But unfortunately You have a miserable person working behind the counter with a lot of attitude and making you feel like he’s doing you some favor please hire people with good attitude , thank you. Had a very bad experience especially in a mall where u think u getting ice cream but with such .Attitude, it’s killing your brand.
And making an experience where u never wanna go back.

My boyfriend and I stopped to look at the flavor selection, and while they all looked great, Rigo was the reason we can back after we finished shopping. He was so cheerful and more than happy to give us samples, patient with our indecisiveness and knowledgeable of the products! Service was a 10/10!
