After trying over 5 different pho restaurants in Tucson, I finally found my favorite and most authentic spot. Their flavor is natural and surreal. In addition, they have great and fast customer service.

This place is a hidden gem . If you like Vietnamese food, this is the perfect local spot for you. The service is very attentive, welcoming and professional. The restaurant is very clean.
But the food is fantastic. You can customize the dish and request substitutions if desired and the staff is very accommodating. I had their hot and sour soup for the first time with extra steamed vegetables and seafood! Delicious.. not too hot not too sour- just right. And the portions are beyond generous. The menu is pretty extensive and varied . It was a very cold day and I just needed some warm soup.

So good! Service is kind and fast. Food is tasty and seasoned just right. We ordered special pho and pork chop rice, both delicious. Lunch special on workdays is a great deal. Highly recommended!

I have been to a couple of Vietnamese restaurants in town to find the best Pho and Ha Long Bay has been the best by far. The food is awesome and the over all dinning experience is authentic, pleasant and satisfying. The staff is super friendly, and attentive. Nice quiet atmosphere. The food is appealing, and healthy. This place is always my first choice. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this place religiously once a week for the past year during my lunch break I spent over $1000 on lunches. The food is good and staff is friendly. The female waitress tells me that they don’t take Discover when I have been paying with it for the past year. I explain that all the other waiters took my card. She then tells me that I will have to pay for the merchant fee which is the responsibility of the restaurant.
After being a loyal customer for the past year, I feel like this is very bad customer service (nickel and diming) and she should be ashamed to ask me to pay the merchant fee. Sadly I will not be coming back.

Me and my family just dined here, And what set them apart is the fact that they don’t skimp on the condiments or portions! Ive eaten Pho in many places from S California, to New York, and Virginia Beach…. And I can honestly say this is comparable for Tucson. The service was exceptional, the waiter was very prompt, polite, and attentive. Not to mention, the owner came out of her way and was so kind to my children and appreciative for our business. Very humble, and such a kind heart! We will definitely be back for another visit. The decor is pretty impressive, trying to convey a southeast Asian atmosphere, which made the experience extra enjoyable.Thank you so much Ha Long Bay

Went here on a whim. Looking for something different. Nicely surprised. Had good ratings so thought we’d stop in and try it. Quaint, simple, themed interior decor. Plenty of seating. Small staff, but quick service. Food seemed very fresh and came out quickly. Prices were average for the portions. We didn’t leave hungry. Flavor was fantastic!

This place just beat panda express for the stingy award. I ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken for 13.50 each and got less than $1 worth of chicken. The chicken was paper thin and you couldn’t tell there was chicken in the breading. It had crispy noodles under to make it appear as if you got a good portion.
