A friend recommended us to come here for lunch. The high ratings in Google Reviews made it more convincing so we came here. We had to wait 20 to 25 minutes to get a table but was definitely a great motivator for cravings. We ordered Beef Bulgogi, Soft Tofu Soup, and Tteokbokki. Originally, we wanted a Galbi but they were unfortunately sold out. Anyway, food turned out amazing in the end. I’m used to having thinner rice cakes for my Tteokbokki meal but it still had tender texture. Soft Tufu Soup was nice and hot like a boiling bowl. Just the way I like. Beef Bulgogi was delicious as always. All in all, great Korean cuisine and probably the closest place to find Tteokbokki. Definitely recommend if you’re in Cleveland looking for a close hot spot for Korean food.

Great, small mum and pop restaurant. Their food is delicious. Staffs are friendly. They also serve sushi besides Korean dishes.
It is a small restaurant they may not be accommodate too large of a group. There is one bigger table.
Their banchan sides dishes are awesome and you can ask for refills. We ordered their seafood tofu soup and squid dish. They were very delicious.
They also give you a bottle of yogurt as desert. That was a nice touch.
Highly recommend this place. Parking may be challenging during peak season.

Cozy family run Korean spot with incredible food. The best seafood pancake and sundubu I’ve had in the area. Seafood is super fresh. Their sauces are all perfectly seasoned. Great tea. Everything tastes like eating the best homecooked food. This place is an absolute gem and one of my favorite Cleveland restaurants.

SOOO GOOD! Needed some soup for a cold day and this was perfect. Small place, but it gives it that homey, comfort feel. Plenty of options for everyone with some good lunch specials.

This Korean restaurant is a gem of a place. The stir-fried squid and the yukgaejang (beef soup) were fantastic. The side dishes were also top-notch. Our server was very friendly and quick to deliver our meals. Would highly recommend it.

We came right at opening and I’m glad we did. This place was busy the whole time we were there and I can understand why!
I knew it was authentic as soon as I heard most of the folks inside speaking Korean to each other and the staff. Our server Yun (sorry if I mispelled) took exceptional care of me, my buddy, and my grandmother while juggling every other table in the restaurant.
We drove over an hour just to try this restaurant and were more than please. The Seafood Pancake, Tteok-bokki, and Beef Bulgogi were all home runs.
The Silken tofu soup was incredible. Also, I’ve never had spinach prepared like seaweed salad. That part of the Banchan was grandma’s favorite.
We hope to be back! Thanks for the great food and service.

Ha Ahn is nestled away in the same building next to Superior Pho and can be hard to find, but I tell you that it is perhaps Cleveland’s best hidden gem of a restaurant. They serve the best homestyle Korean comfort food I’ve ever had both here and abroad. My favorite is the seafood pancake. It is loaded with shrimp, shellfish, and squid, and has a light crispiness. They have great bibimbap too. I can’t recommend this place more.

Very small. The largest table is a 6 top, and there’s only one. That’s part of the charm, though.
The food? Excellent. I’m not Korean, I’ve never been to Korea, but I use this spot as my baseline for Korean restaurant food.
Get the Bibimbap in the heated stone bowl. Definitely delicious.
The Beef Bugolgi? excellent! The kimchi is good but I like it a little spicier.

The best item on the menu is the hoe-deopbap (Korean sashimi rice bowl). The fish is very fresh and generous in portion, the vegetables are crisp, and the sauce is perfectly balanced—not overpowering.
Highly recommend this dish.
