Food was subpar for the cost. I got a cheeseburger with extra patty & cheese combo meal. Nearly $20 later the fries were cold and stale within 5 minutes of being served. Burger was dry and tasted frozen. I never understood what people meant when they said meat could taste frozen, but now I get it. Will not be back.

Who wants a soggy cheese less burger when the buns are drenched in teriyaki sauce?
First of all they mixed up my order with my friend. He specifically asked for no tomatoes and I wish he was allergic so he could sue you guys. Also the Teri burger I ordered that was given to him, had no cheese and side and the buns was drenched in teriyaki sauce. Also my bun was cold while the meat was hot. We also both ordered hotdogs and tell me why it looks like it’s drenched in sauce. Didn’t even touch mine but my friend had to eat his with a fork. Also the female cashier has little to no customer skills, doesn’t smile and sounds like she doesn’t wanna be there. I never leave reviews but this was our first time any just crazy.

Second time was worse than the first. Took over 15 minutes. At least they gave me a no hassel refund when I came back after the movie.

Came over from Maui to visit family and stopped by Windward mall. We saw lots of people lined up for H&T Burgers. Had to try, and it did not disappoint! I got the teri burger ‘85 Style w/ cheese and teri fries… both were excellent!!!….Hubby tried the teri ribeye sandwich which was good and tender too! Teri sauce is homestyle and authentic. Will be back again! Just wish we had one on Maui…lol.

This is the second time I ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce (to go) and was given a burger with just the bun I guess it’s my fault for not checking but we shouldn’t have to.

Fantastic teriyaki sauce! I’m kind of picky, but this one was a wonderful blend of salty and sweet. Plate lunches are a delicious bargain, teriyaki fries were amazing, and the burgers were good too. Not as quick as I expected, but the food was hot and made to order. Friendly, helpful staff.

If you want tasty teri-burgers this is the place to go. Very nostalgic. The shop has been around for decades and good to see it still going strong. Workers are a little unfriendly at times when its busy but I’m not there to socialize with the workers, I’m there for the teri bugers and teri fries!!!
