My wife and I moved to Groveland in early June, but this was our first time visiting H P Grill. God willing it won’t be our last. While walking from the car to the restaurant we met our soon-to-be waitress, the ever-pleasant Theresa! And as we walked in to the restaurant we realized it was owned by God-fearing and Jesus-loving folks! All around it was a great experience. Nice folks, good conversation, and excellent food & service. We will tell our friends, and we hope to return soon.

So nice to find a really friendly and welcoming restaurant. Family photos decorate the walls and make you feel at home. Don’t let the lack of “curb appeal” scare you off. Lots of breakfast options (a whole list to choose: omelet, skillet or flatbread) with no extra charge options that include the usual – plus oatmeal or pancakes). And very well-priced. We will definitely be going back.

This is a hometown diner! When arriving we noticed the business of this and alot of locals dining. Once we were greeted by the server with smiles and kindness. I could totally see why they have so many repeat visitors.

Food was AMAZING! Country fried steak was fresh, hot, crispy, crispy hash browns, gravy delish! Service was good but had to wait for box and check. Asked other server who helped. Disheveled guy sleeping in one of the booths when we got there. Old interior but homey with lots of family pics.

We arrived for lunch. Both of us ordered the fish platters with sides. The fish was fried. Served hot, light and not greasy. The servers were great and made sure our drinks were filled. They also have a good breakfast selection which we’ve enjoyed. Definitely recommend.

Staff are friendly, I think they were a bit busy because we waited longer than I hope for to place our order. They do not serve brunch or buffet anymore. Good food, coffee is good. Customers are pretty nice too, it’s like you’re eating with family as we joked around while enjoying the meal. Ordered breakfast meal, maybe we will try biscuit gravy in the future.

I love the Sunday breakfast, usually I order the meat lovers plate which is 2 eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, 1 side (I had the home fries), choice of bread (I had the biscuit) a big plate for a really good price of $9.99 ! The burgers are big and juicy, the steak and eggs are a plate full and everything on the menu is tasty ! Service is amazing and very clean

Passing thru Leesburg, I quicky used my gmaps looking for a local breakfast spot. This was my first time at the HP Grill. The service was excellent and so was the food. I believe they use a local baker which makes their toast freaking good, like really good. I will def be back here again.
