First time I came here it was loud and two individuals were arguing so I wasn’t planning on coming back because it took long for the yelling and arguing to be addressed.
I came back today because the guy who runs the place is a sweetheart and very welcoming so I decided to give it another try. The business shouldn’t be judged based solely on costumers not behaving accordingly.
I had a great experience this time. It was nice and relaxing. This will be my new Pensacola spot.

From the moment I walked into H & H Hookah Lounge the vibe was instantly relaxing. The lighting was dim but warm, the comfy seating and soft music created a perfect chill atmosphere. The décor felt modern yet cozy, and the subtle aromas added to the inviting feel. I especially liked the quiet corners where you can enjoy a hookah session without distraction. Overall a great spot to unwind and enjoy the ambience.

Would not support this business the guy ali promoted buy one hookah at 30$ get half off another to persuade a friend to have a birthday get together at his establishment after seeing a good amount of ppl arrive he then . Said everyone who was already inside had to pay 10$ per person to stay because no one was buying hookah our party had already purchased 3 hookahs being many of us didnt smoke hookah ..he informed us w it being 12 ppl we would need to buy atleast 7 more hookah which was outrageous he already wouldn’t allow no more then two ppl to a hookah and only gave out two hookah tips per hookah ..after hearing this we Decided to pack up and leave ali thought it would be a good idea to taunt our guest saying “what y’all dnt have 10$” purchasing items should be optional not used as a threat this establishment seems to not be very supporting of the African American community we’ve discovered many others have had issues here with ali being rude and aggressive DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It’s a cool chill laid back vibe but the menu is false advertising. The menu states that there is a cup fee if you don’t purchase hookah but I purchased hookah and was still charged cup fee even after explaining to guy in charge about what the menu stated but other than that it’s a cool lit spot.
