☆5-Star Experience, hands down! We came for our anniversary recently. It was outstanding with the All-You-Can-Eat Premium dinner option. 45+ proteins, veggies, appetizers, soups, salads, etc. all included for one price: $54/person. Choose whatever you like and grill your own items. Delicious, savory, spicy, saucy, and simply a lot of fun dining there. Our waitress was awesome, attentive, informative, and helpful too! This was an incredible and relaxing dinner event. I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s never been to this type of restaurant. Such a blast and will visit again soon. Thanks, Gyu-Kaku !!

Went for a friends birthday party, the meats were super good, better quality then some other Korean BBQ places. We did the course meal which might be the best bang for your buck without having a time limit. The all you can eat looked enticing at first but with three different tiers to choose and no increase in time limit for the additional items it seemed not worth it.

Great food, cool atmosphere and concept if you dont mind cooking your own food on the grilltop table. We went as a birthday celebration for a party of 11 ordered a bottle of saki, the feast which feeds 8 and several appetizers. Total bill was under $400.00 and everyone left full and happy. Feast came with a delicious salad, edamame, gyoza, veggies, several options of beef and shrimp. I will certainly come again next time im in the area.

My boyfriend chose this place for Valentine’s Day because of my love for Japanese cuisine so I was super excited! I’ll start with the positives, the food was excellent but the overall experience was not. We were running late and made sure to call to ensure we would still be able to be seated, if not, we would have found another place. They said it was fine so we went. We were seated and from the moment the waitress walked over I could tell it would be a problem. We felt extremely rushed and like we weren’t wanted to there. I tried to ignore understanding today was busy and we were running late. I again asked the man who seated us if we should leave and go elsewhere since it was late and our waitress just seemed to have a bad attitude he said no and that it wasn’t too late and for us to stay…throughout the experience she continued having a bad attitude and it was just annoying. It wasn’t fair to us because we simply could have went to another restaurant if it was too late. As we were sitting there we saw plenty of people still eating so I just didn’t understand it. It was to the point I just asked for our dessert to go. For $250 tan I’d expect more professionalism…..Great food but we will not be back here unfortunately & I would definitely not recommend Katie as a waitress.

Honest opinion, first walking through the door… To be a higher end restaurant the bar area is what you see first and there was a lot of clutter. Boxes piled on things etc. The hostess forgot about my date and I as we were told we could wait at the bar so they could clean tables so it took awhile for us to be seated. Once seated at a grill table we waited about 15-20 minutes before a server even came to our table. After finally being helped our experience was great as the food tasted amazing and didn`t take too long to come out. We did the meat lovers option. Lastly, I used the ladies room and the restrooms were not in the best condition and there was dust lined up in the corners of the walls. You can tell they don`t clean them daily. I hope the restaurant sees this review and takes action as the food is definitely worth going back for, but I was a little turned off by the cleanliness and clutter.

First time at a Japanese BBQ and it was fantastic. Elite food. Elite service. The staff is very friendly and took care of our party so well.

OMG, this was so good. Sometimes, I get overwhelmed by menus, so we had what they called an Adventure Course. It was perfect for us to try several different options. When I go back, I will not waste my taste buds with soda pop..lol.. too many other wonderful tastes to enjoy! The staff was beyond wonderful. The hostess was so knowledgeable and enjoyable as I waited for my full group to arrive. Our server was a gem. She was a joy to be with.

This place is amazing! The all-you-can-eat at Gyu-Kaku is the way to go—you pick 2 items from the menu and can keep ordering after that. The Harami steak strips were insanely good, and the spicy cucumbers and Japanese chicken karaage were delicious too. Cooking your own steaks right at the table makes the whole experience so fun!

The barbecue and sides were really good. We loved the wagyu beef, though the other items weren’t as impressive. Still, we enjoyed the food, especially the fried rice. Unfortunately, the service was not enjoyable. The waitress did not clearly explain the differences between menu items, which was a bit confusing. She seemed unfamiliar with the menu and was not very attentive or friendly. We tried to understand that she might have been having a bad day. Despite this, we really enjoyed the barbecue and the food overall. We hope to go back and have a better experience next time, with more time to look at the menu and receive better recommendations.
