I recently ordered from Gyros and Wraps and had a bit of a mixed experience. The phone interaction wasn’t the most pleasant — the person I spoke with was quite short, and part of my order was incorrect. However, when I arrived to pick up the food, the staff member in person was very friendly and welcoming, which made up for the earlier interaction.
Now, the food itself? Absolutely delicious. Everything was juicy, flavorful, and generously portioned. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. I’ll definitely be back for the food.

Make sure you get what you pay for. The owner will rip you off. I ordered 3 regular Chicken Philly Gyros. He charged me for 3 jumbo and then charged me tax and put his own tip on without my permission. The bill should have been $29.85 but, he charges me 37.10. I did not get 3 jumbos and did not want to tip on a takeout. The dudes a thief!

Ordered a regular gyro & didn’t even want it because the owner doesn’t wash his hands nor uses gloves. The kitchen is filthy & the smell is horrific like something died! You’re going to kill somebody with these unsanitary practices!! I can only imagine if I had ordered take out, I probably wouldn’t even be able to type out this review cause I’ll be laying somewhere throwing up my colon! Please seek help!

My husband spent $39 (@8p on 8/1) for inedible food, this man placed all this mess on a sandwich for what?! This is outlandish and you need to ask people if it’s ok to put whatever this sauce is on there sandwich!! You don’t know if someone is allergic to the ingredients or what, your a lawsuit waiting to happen. Btw the sauce is nasty tasting and I had to wipe and rinse mine off, my husband’s had to go in the trash and I’m not going to say what the sauce look like, but we definitely won’t be back!! If you don’t like your job, close shop with your rude self “I’m not going to remake the sandwich and I’m not everyone in Cleve”, because my husband stated sauce normally is on the side!! Bedford POC have you thinking your attitude is ok and it’s NOT!

We stumbled upon this place while searching for something different. Must have driven by this place over a few hundred times in past 3 years. Never really paid attention. Thanks to Google Maps, we seen this restaurant. And thank heavens we did. WOW! Bought lunch for the guys, and we all loved it. The gyros were so good, and all was so fresh. Jumbo gyros is a lot to eat. If you want fries, well, maybe the regular size gyros are the way to go. Only the young guy was able to eat all the food. Jumbo gyro plus fries, no way. That’s a lot of good eating. Fries were tasty as well. We’ll definitely be back!!!! Oh, we did take out, it’s worth the trip!

The owners’ attitude is as unpleasant as the store itself. I called to place an order, but when he answered, he sounded like he had just woken up, asking, “Hello?” I wanted to confirm the number because he sounded disheveled. I asked if this was the right establishment, and he responded with a “uh yeah.” I proceeded to place my order, but he didn’t ask for my name, number, or even the total before abruptly handing up on me. I called back and asked if he needed my name, but he was even more snappy talking about, “No! Just come get the gyros.” I then asked for the total, and he responded, “I don’t know about $20.” This is no way to run a business with such an unpleasant attitude.
