First time here.
I was leaving my sons football game and my family wanted to pizza – meh, don’t eat pizza anymore so I looked in the area. I found Gyro Queen and then took a chance ordering for the first time, to-go, and they did NOT disappoint.
I ordered a small bowl with chicken – no tomatoes. Left no crumbs! The falafel was made fresh, not from frozen like others.
If there was ONE thing I’d criticize it would be the garlic sauce. Make it more authentically. Trust me, the area would appreciate it. The garlic sauce was not garlicky at all. Please make it better
I am about 30 minutes away in Houston but will make a trip for Gyro Queen. It’s that good

2/1/26 I’m originally from NYC. I love New York’s street food like chicken over rice. If you ever tried chicken over rice in New York, you know what I’m talking about. This place is the closest that I found to that taste: really nice staff and calm atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy your food and have a conversation. I recommend this place.

First I’m going to say to the owner you are the best! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a very welcoming feeling very nice very respectful group of individuals that you have working for you. The restaurant was clean from the time you walked in the front door and the restroom was immaculate the cleanest restroom I’ve seen in a long time in any restaurant. Now let’s get to this food I ordered the gyro chicken bowl and oh my goodness oh my goodness. Everything was perfect The vegetables was fresh The chicken was juicy and the taste was on point It was very flavorful and did I say very flavorful? you did not disappoint. Everything was fresh delicious tasty and very satisfying. Now let’s talk about those combination gyro chicken fries, oh yeah Heck yeah fries was cooked perfectly had the right amount of crunch and once again the meat was juicy and very flavorful You did not disappoint. Please don’t sleep on this place please don’t ,everything on the menu looks delicious and I promise you I will be back because that rice is everything I ever wanted in rice . Let’s just say I participated in big back activities today lol And I am not going to regret ever coming to this place I’m going to brag about it till I can’t brag no more. Now go check out gyro Queen and make this your go to place whenever you’re hungry.

I ordered the falafel tacos to pick up at a certain time, when I found out I would be an hour late I called just to let them know. They were so nice and understanding and said they would try to keep it warm and if it was too long they could even make a new order for me. When I finally got there, the worker was so nice! He asked again if I would like him to make a new order. Told him no worries! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 flavor on the actual food. This was my first time and I would definitely go again!

Absolutely delicious food! I ordered the Chicken Pita Wrap, it was filling and delicious. Also ordered the tiramisu and it wasn’t too sweet, it was perfect! I will definitely come back and try other dishes. The people are also friendly and attentive, great service!

Well it was about 5:36 on a Friday night. The restaurant was absolutely empty. There was a DoorDash or pick up order waiting but that was it. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The smoothie I ordered was really good one of the best I’ve ever had. The gyro……was…. eatable. The baklava…….ee…….was ok. I will say the service was amazing and awesome. And I really had high hopes for the restaurant. Maybe because it’s a fast food restaurant. It’s not going to have the same flavors as a real Mediterranean restaurant. But the staff was wonderful and the service was fantastic.

My wife is a huge shawarma fan so we had to give this place a try. The gyro and chicken shawarma is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean with very friendly service and very good prices/value for the food. Everything is made to order so be patient. It’s well worth the wait.

First time trying Gyro Queen and I will totally be going back. I got the gyro wrap and a baklava. Both were so good I forgot to take a picture, the gyro was packed with piping hot meat and fresh veggies and the baklava was crispy and slightly sweet. The employees were very kind and attentive. This place is a diamond in the rough and is a fresh taste to Baytown!!

I don’t even like baklava but my friend ordered it and made me eat it. soooo good! They served it warm and it was not overly sweet.

I live nowhere near Baytown and I’m sad because I probably won’t get to eat this food for a long time
