Food always hits here, consistent quality! Sometimes a wait but worth it in my opinion. I usually get the gyro plate & I’ve had the gyro burger multiple times it’s always delicious.

We pick up gyros from this place about once a month because it’s close and we like gyros. Tonight my wife picked up three gyros sandwiches, and the bill came to a little over $37. My biggest complaint is that they wouldn’t throw in an extra tzatziki sauce and instead charged $1 for it. Oakland Gyros always includes extra sauce, and their sandwiches have more meat. The one nice thing about Gyro Palace is that I’m usually NOT too full to eat anything else after a meal there.

Seemed a bit pricey until I got the food, there was enough meat for 2 sandwiches and plenty of fries to share. It’s a fast food place, not much atmosphere for dining in for a dinner date, but fine for lunch. Place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Gyro was excellent and plenty on the combo for 2 people. I would ask for the fries to be well done and salted but other than that it was delicious. Maybe better Ketchup it was a bit vinagery.

This has been our go-to Gyro place for years. The restaurant is always clean, the service always very fast, and the gyros served HUGE and stuffed with fresh ingredients. I always get the Gyro Supreme Sandwich, which comes with feta cheese, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and sliced peperoncino. The gyro meat is always well seasoned, sliced perfectly and extremely tender. The generous amount of vegetables are served underneath the meat instead of on top, which helps keep them from falling out while you’re eating. However, because of the sheer size of the sandwich, you’re likely to lose a few. The feta cheese is served in large cubes instead of crumbled, and the tzatziki sauce is thick and rich, coming in a nice sized container. There is a reason Gyro Palace has been a part of Glendale for decades, and it’s worth seeing why for yourself.

– entree portion size was generous / price is solid
– tzatziki sauce was delicious and plentiful
– vegetables tasted fresh
The cons:
– gyro meet was pretty dry
– spinach pie was kinda sad
– pita bread generic and cold
– food is quite salty overall
Didn’t regret having dinner here, especially being hungry after travel. Wouldn’t come back though.

Whenever I have a craving for a gyro or cheeseburger, I hit up this spot. I’ve been going here for about 15 years. Both have slways hot the spot, and both are huge, and you don’t need anything else.
