whenever I travel I try my best to find a restaurant and order a gyro. Over the years I’ve eaten hundreds of euros from dozens of places , but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this place has the absolute best gyro I’ve ever eaten. In addition, they have amazing specials every single day of the week— and you can even get two for one gift cards if you pay with cash!!
The portion sizes are massive, so come with an appetite or be prepare to share with a friend. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

Great eatery, Wednesday special, buy 1 get one free. Deserts are great also. I go here every time I stay in the Clearwater area. Cheaper to use cash as they charge a credit card charge.

I live in citrus County. We have a new Gyro and Cheese Steak restaurant here in Crystal River, John it doesn’t even come close to your mouth watering Gyros or Cheese Steaks and the tzatziki sauce was absolutely disgusting. It is definitely worth me driving the three hour round-trip to come and get the most amazing Gyros and Cheese Steaks ever had. I think you need to head this way and open up another restaurant. I would greatly appreciate it. See you tomorrow. Seems how I have to drive so far I’m gonna want one of everything lol Thank you and your staff for providing amazing food but also a great atmosphere to have our meals at always a great trip down there.

My son and I went on a little mommy son date here . We ate inside. We got the shrimp platter and gyro with fries . It was perfect. The food was amazing , and the service was top tier . I would recommend this place to anyone !!!

I used to love coming here years ago. My husband wanted a Gyro and we were close. I was hesitant to order because I saw some of the reviews. Im Greek and a person chef so I know good Greek food!
1. What they did right, great fast friendly service.
2. Huge portions!
3. The meat was very generous! I got chicken Souvlaki my husband Gyro.
What they need to improve.
4. Too much Tzaziki sauce and Feta. It was literally drowned and th proportions were way off!
5. The quality of the meat was good but all I tasted was sauce meat was lacking greek seasoning. It was so overpowering.
3. Tomatoes were so thin and non exisistant. I know tomatoes are expensive but they are integral to the flavor of a good Gyro or Souvlaki.
The feta is completely unnecessary.
The pita was soggy from all the sauce and the fact that they didn’t grill it.
I appreciate the fresheness of the pita tho. Grill it! You must.
The gray tones in the restaurant are horrid. Please paint it white at least for god’s sake its like a dark depressing gray cave.
Your restaurant is looking dirty dingy and needs woman’s touch its cold and unwelcoming. And clean the floors and corners dirty black. Makes me wonder how clean the food prep area is.
These are all easy fixes. If you want to be successful.

They used to be great. Finally made it back and it was horrible , gyro meat was dry, husbands sandwich hardly had any tzatziki sauce so he ask for a little more they wanted to charge a dollar for it, the cook said that’s the amount that comes on the junior gyro, so that dollar just cost him any future orders from us. ordered tater tots as a side they were so overcook they deflated when u bit into them. The WORST part was how dirty and filthy the dining area was it is so disgusting, ended up leaving. When the pizza shop and gyro king were one place it was good food there is a wall that separates them now. Not sure how the pizza place is.

We got into this store and their service and food quality are good but their cleanliness and machines tells otherwise, I was afraid of their fountain drinks seem nasty dirty and who knows what other things are growing inside that machine, their lobby is clean but cheap made seats and walls. There is not napkins at the table only towel papers…at the restrooms there is not soap to wash your hands, that is so concerning because that can be a health issue.
