I ordered the Clevelander. Two eggs two pancakes and 3 sausage links. I added cheese grits. Total was $14.99. Grits were lumpy and runny. Sausage, eggs and pancakes were great but they put the eggs on top of my pancakes picture shows after I moved them off. Grits cost $5 dollars not worth it to me I didn’t eat them.

Food is made fresh. Great service. Really nice people work here. Thank you. Best gyros and fries in Ohio. I recommend. Only thing I could say to change is the zsatziki sauce it’s supposed to be white in color not greenish and not like a gel jello texture supposedto be creamy. It’s supposed to have some finely sliced up cucumbers in the sauce with black pepper too.

I called and ordered my food so it would be ready for pickup when I got there . I got there in the allotted amount of time and my food was not ready. Not only that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes in order to receive my phone this is the second time that this has happened. I think they should give themselves more time during peak hours like lunch hours to prepare people’s food in a timely manner and maybe not take so many orders at one time

In the past got a good Greek Gyro here, today I don’t know what we were served. The tzatziki had no yogurt, no dill, no taste, or texture. It was green and watery like a gel if it made me want to call the cooks mom to tell on him.

I came in order 2 breakfast sandwiches a lady took my order. I paid some guy comes from the back on his cell phone and proceeds to start making my food. So I said can you wash your hands put on gloves and remake the sandwiches. They said they will not remake the sandwiches I asked for a refund. They said there is no refund I argue with them. They still would not give me my money back. I just left when I should of took the sandwiches opened & through them back they clearly don’t care if you get sick ☠️

Went in on a Tuesday order the gyro special. The meat was old. I WAS SICk for 2 days should have known something was wrong the tomatoes looked old and It had a strong smell. I will not eat from here and I suggest you don’t either.

My husband and I ordered gyro breakfasts (for him and our son), and a gyro for myself. The cashier was rude, and lacking in customer service skills. She yelled, “You can’t bring him in here!”, when my husband and I walked in ( I was carrying my Maltipoo). I explained that He is an Emotional Support Animal, and that her tone was unnecessary. She asked for the certificate, which I had in my purse, but I handed Pup Pup to my husband and asked if he would go to the car with him, so I could complete the order.
Finished the order, which she got wrong so I had t wait. Two tall young gentlemen came in, and she forgot to give him change. She made a smart comment, and he told het to keep it. He told her that maybe she needed to find another line of work, as her customer
service skills were lacking. She mumbled under her breath that ‘people need to get their orders straight”…etc….She was toxic.
The food was good, but the service was sorely lacking. We wont be returning to that location.
