The atmosphere is warm and inviting, simple for a cozy dinner. The decor is a beautiful blend of colors and textures, with touches of red that really make the space pop. The food is absolutely phenomenal. From the bold spices to the lovingly prepared dishes, every bite is a journey for your taste buds. Check the dishes we ordered. Service-wise, Annie, our waitress was super friendly and attentive, making sure that all dishes are served promptly, making our dining experience nothing short of wonderful. Remember, it is a privy resturant may easily run into >$60 pp without drinks.
Would definitely recommend.
Then there is the rooftop. It is the kind of patio that turns a normal dinner into a full night, with open city views and lounge style comfort that makes you want to stay for one more round and one more plate.
The menu lands right in that sweet spot of adventurous and approachable, with Pan Mediterranean energy and shareable dishes that keep the table engaged. It is perfect for date night, birthday dinners, or hosting out of town guests when you want a guaranteed win.
If you are thinking about an event, do not wait. They can accommodate everything from a large group table up to 14 guests with a set food and beverage minimum, to full buyouts for up to 250 guests, which tells you everything about how well this space carries a celebration.
Bottom line, if you have not done Gypsy Kitchen yet, you are missing one of the most transportive dinner experiences in the city. Reserve it now and thank yourself later.
Finally, we got the table and were super hungry. We ordered Tunisian Hot Chicken Sandwich, Brunch Pork Belly, Hummus, Falafel, and Crispy Cauliflower. We loved all the small dishes. The sauce that came with them had a nice flavor. The bread was soft. Unfortunately, the Brunch Pork Belly was overcooked and very hard to chew.
The ambiance is very hip. I would love to come back to try other dishes on the menu.
The service was fantastic—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, even making space for our stroller without any hassle.
Overall, it was a great dining experience with amazing food, fair pricing, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to eat!
