Stopped in and grabbed a spicy tonkotsu ramen as they were out of bao buns I was hoping for. The broth was solid and had a velvety quality but had the salty kick needed to round it out. Noodles weren’t bad, but the star was the chashu. All in all, a good bowl of ramen.

Went back for round two the next night, about the same time, no bao buns again. Must be a finite amount, so get there early if you want to try them. I did settle for the takoyaki balls and they were really good. Less cakey than I expected them to be, but savory and slightly sweet. The staff is really nice and helpful. I would for sure go here again.

Checked out the food hall on my lunch break. I got the spicy ramen black. It was way bigger then I was expecting. It came with fatty pork with a nice char on the fat. They did not skimp on the noodles either. My only complaint was the addition of lemon grass. Didn’t really need it. Other than that a very hearty lunch for about $18

Meh I thought all ramen spots made good ramen but I was wrong. If there were such a thing as fast food ramen, this might be it. I dined there but they package it to go. Got spicy garlic oil ramen. Cool container to keep the soup separate from everything until you are ready to eat. Nice amount of noodles but they were too undercooked. Soft boiled egg is not seasoned so it tastes extra eggy if that makes sense. And the chashu was tough. The best part really was just the broth which was spicy, creamy and tasty. Something for wintertime because I was sweating while eating it. But I probably won’t be back.

Delicious Japanese food. Loved the Ramen and Gyoza, service was prompt and the food came piping hot and ready to meet my belly. Priced a bit on the high side, but the portions were big and quality was on point. Corporation Food Hall is clean and has bathrooms.

Food is really delicious and fresh to order. Nice and friendly staff. There are also other food stands in this food hall that are just as great! Adding photos or the menu since there aren’t any recent ones.

It was different… not bad at all, but also not the best i’ve had. I’m giving it 4 stars because they had great service, they are quick, and it was enjoyable. They also included things in their soup that i’ve never had, like bamboo. They really expanded my taste pallet. The reason that I’m not giving it 5 stars is simply because the broth (typically my favorite part of the soup) was not as flavorful as I hoped. Also was not spicy, but it didn’t claim to be spicy so that’s not on their part. But yes 4/5 stars, which to me is not bad at all. I’d recommend them to someone whos nearby the area. Probably not worth a drive though lol. But I do appreciate this place for giving me a good lunch lol

I’ve had their gyoza in the past and it was great. Ordered again today and I’m pretty disappointed that they’ve switched from hand made gyoza to a pre made frozen version. Its literally the same gyoza that you can find in the frozen section of a Japanese market.

The miso soup was tasty but the hibachi and teriyaki bento box was underwhelming.
