Sorry started eating before taking the photo.
The decor is modern classic-cozy with rich warm colors. Great for day or night dates, friend meet-up, solo dinning, after-work dinner, family social, or meeting with a client.
Staff are professionally special and attentive. Once done eating and table cleared and you do not request the bill, they will not hover. They allow you to languish unbothered. You can order Masala Chai to keep you company while chatting or reflecting. Get someone’s attention when ready. I hope this does not change.
Bathrooms are nice and clean. Location is in the heart of downtown off main, a short walk from Eyeball park, AT&T district, Magnolia Hotel, Joule Hotel, Adolphus, National, and DART.
Paid Street or Garage Parking.
Food is delicious, pleasantly spiced, rich, an olfactory oasis. My table mates and I were humming. Plenty vegetarian options.
Lamb Biryani
Dahl Fry (Yellow spiced lentils) which comes with basmati rice. The Biryani was fragrant, authentic, spiced perfectly, and just the right amount of tender lamb.
The Dahl was so so good, garnished with cilantro and chili oil. You can choose your level of spice. Add the riata to cool the palette while enjoying the flavorful kick. Oh and GET THE GARLIN NAAN!! Fresh, hot and buttered.
The decor and esthetics is lovely with nice big windows, fun vibe for a busy downtown day or night.
Our service was impeccable by a young man (didn’t get his name) and Juman, a lovely and personable young lady. Everyone seemed welcoming and I’m glad we came. I hope you give it a try also. We will certainly be back.
Oh, lastly try their iced tea. Good, strong, and unique on purpose. I added passion fruit syrup to mine.
Cheers,

As a native Indian, I have made better Gobi 65 — I came here in search of a new taste for it and was disappointed with its quality. If you aren’t used to Indian cuisine for your entire life, this might be good.
The Madras tomato soup was just right in spiciness and wasn’t too peppery. It was hot, savory, and spicy.
The service was amazing! They provided us warm water upon request, moved us tables when we asked for it, and checked upon us often. The servers here made the experience worth while.
