I’m going to be truthful, I didn’t expect anything from my simple appetizer order my daughter and I got to split. Well, it was out of this world with the delivery, flavor, temperature as well as expectations. We ordered the ultimate fries with bacon, cheese and ranch. It was phenomenal! Absolutely shocking and it was the best surprise find in any mall I’ve ever visited. They were hot, crisp (perfect crisp, with potato in it not dried out) the toppings were perfect, temp, flavor and the ratio of toppings to fries, oh my goodness they were amazing. Most often you find the toppings are floating on top and don’t match the amount of potato they are on. Nearly every time I get them, an entire layer of French fries gets left behind. Because the lack of topping to counter balance the cooled off French fries, they get wasted. Not this time! Fantastic and so good that I ate most of them and I’m about stuffed go my eyes!

Food had a decent flavor but it had ENTIRELY TOO MANY ONIONS!!!! Like the chicken gyro had excessive onions as well as the fried rice. A lot of oil used cause it was saturated at the bottom! Then the chicken gyro had a bone it, which is documented in the pictures.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered a Gryo combo. Before I placed my order 2 customers walked up stating that there food was not good. That was my que! I proceeded with placing my order. When I received my GYRO there was hair in my food. I brought it to the attention of the staff member, she proceed to argue with me stating that it was not her hair. I was very polite advising her that I was not requesting a refund, but that I wanted them to remake my food. After the back and forth with her, I ended up just throwing my food and in the trash. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The quality of the food is TERRIBLE. Shut this place down ASAP.

Went to the stonecrest mall thinking it was the old Philly cheese place which was 10 times better.first thing lack of customer service including the manager who was more interested in talking with his female employee instead of taking care of his customers. One of the two young men that was making the food was more interested in playing with his phone than doing the order until he saw me looking at him and went in the back to bring the other one out was more professional than everyone else. At least they put fresh gloves on .
When food was ready he just threw into the basket and then the manager still talking to the female worker took his time giving me the order with no smile or thank you for being a customer!!
The food was terrible. Philly was drier than a desert and the fries the same with no seasoning at all. Waste of my money and will not visit again.we as black people have got to get better with our customer service dealing with each

I realized at one point my cup was drawn on. I asked to get a replacement cup and they said they draw pn the cups to prevent refills for specialty drinks. I asked when I purchased the drink if there was refills and was told yes. I said to the manager he needed to tell his associate that because she told me i could get a refill (which really wasnt even the point at this point… but then.. When I walked away the manager walked over to the associate in front of other customers and pointed and laughed at me and she shook her head denying she had told me that there were refills. Juvenile and the food was mediocre at best.
