I may turn into a Caribbean amphibian after trying this spot. Family and I tried them for dinner. We had the catfish, baby back ribs, griot, and cheese steak. All of it came out very good. The fried pork shoulder was my fave though. Very tender and flavorful. Would recommend you try these guys out.

G&W BBQ is hard to find because it’s physically behind the Copper Creek building, but it is worth the search. This is the only Caribbean BBQ in know of in the area.
I love barbecue, but most smoked places are Texas style around here. My favorite is Roger That Barbecue. He does a slow smoked oak brisket for about 13 hours.
G&W BBQ has a sweet vinegar base with a touch of heat. The meat fell right off the rib and I have to say it was bone sucking good.
The star of the meal was the Catfish. The fish was like butter. Fresh and delicious. So flaky I didn’t even chew. I just let it melt in my mouth.
I’m looking forward to going back and trying the chicken with Mac and Cheese.

Flavorful, Tender and YUMMY!! Food tasted Amazing & Meat is so tender..My kiddos really liked the Mac & Cheese!! It was easy to order and I will definitely be back soon.
There were other reviews complaining about the food and its quality but I DISAGREE as everything was so FLAVORFUL and TENDER!

Catfish and fries…. ❤️
If you get the catfish eat it there or take it home and out the box because you will lose some of the crispness cause it’s so fresh and hot, best catfish I’ve had in awhile and service is nice and respectful. See you again for more of your menu.
Update: everything I said before is the same and I had to get the catfish again so I will post an updated photo and thank you again for the great and quick service.

Ordered from Uber eats. Catfish is on point! Smoked Mac and cheese was good. Rice and beans were good. Next time I’m going in person so I can get my fish hot and crispy. But I recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing fried catfish!

This food cart is phenomenal. The pork was tender, the chicken was incredibly flavorful, and the Mac and cheese was deliciously smokey. This is the only place within almost a 20 mile radius to find Caribbean options like plantains and creole beans. The flavors represent the region so well. Dominique was the absolute sweetest, she made the experience all the more wonderful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Nothing like the picture on line… Smothered in sauce..too salty…dry and hard could not eat. You can see in the pic the torn off pieces were burnt and came off… Too hard to chew…like leather… So sad… I had high hopes. Ordered through Doordash who delivered quickly.
