We had heard about this restaurant and wanted to check it out.
The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We could not have asked for better service.
We were, unfortunately, less happy with the food. The menu relies heavily on their open-fire cooking, and while that can be really nice, because so much of the menu uses it, everything just kind of tastes burnt by the end of the meal.
We loved the butter with olive oil, roasted garlic, and honey, and the shrimp cocktail was very good as well.
The interior cook on the pork chop was OK, but the fat hadn’t been rendered very well so I had to cut much of that off.
Overall, there were some very nice elements of our meal, but it was not one of our favorites.

A hidden gem hiding in plain sight! I made a mental note to check this spot out years ago and finally had the opportunity. The steak was absolutely incredible, cooked just right and had that amazing wood-fired flavor everyone loves. The hydroponic lettuce salad with bleu cheese dressing and bacon was also super fantastic! If steak and pork aren’t your thing, there’s a wide array of seafood and fish dishes as well. Cocktails were incredible as well. I let the bar manager choose for me and both were . Chef also let me know they make their desserts and pastries in house.
The pricing is not cheap but in this case you absolutely get what you’re paying for. If you’re going all out this is a date night, anniversary, birthday, celebratory spot. However, you could also sit at the bar and have a cocktail and salad and be content.

Ambience and service are outstanding and food was very good. If you are not a meat lover, the red snapper is one of the best we ever had. Prepared perfectly and very flavorful. The fillet, surf and turf and Delmonico are a treat. We ordered one rare and it was served medium rare-still very tasty. Manager and owner are very attentive and personable. Nice touch.
PS. Bathroom tile walls need to be throughly cleaned, as does bathroom tile floor which was very sticky.

Lovely place to go for a steak dinner! I ordered medium rare Delmonico and the cook was Spot.On. Same for others who ordered medium. All of the food pictured was delicious with great presentation. I like that the server boxes leftovers for you rather than handing out containers. Our server was so nice and helpful. The blue cheese dressing for the Bibb salad was so light and fresh. I have to say, for me this was a much better steak experience than Ruth’s Chris on many levels. I wish this restaurant much success!

The presentation of the food was spectacular. I must admit, I was not as wowed by the food as I expected. I ordered the Tuscan Onion Soup, and it was good, however, I’ve had better French Onion soups and paid far less. Same with the Famous Meatloaf, beautiful presentation, tasted good, but I’ve had better tasting meatloaf and paid far less. For the price of the entrées, I was expecting more but was a bit underwhelmed. Our party had three deserts, all were very good! My friend ordered the Filet Mignon, medium rare, but received medium well. Our server did not check on us after this mistake, but the manager did, was notified of the error, and he fixed it quite promptly with many apologies. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal.

We sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks! The presentation is beautiful and I have to say the famous meatloaf was delicious. The Canolli dessert was amazing! The homemade bread with the whipped butter and garlic cloves was to die for. Had an Affogato Expresso Martini which was amazing and the 2 girls behind the bar were just lovely

First time experience dining was very relaxing and enjoyable. Atmosphere has a warm cozy vibe. Wait staff was excellent. Food was very good! Chef/Owner Guy visits tables to ask about your dining experience…very nice touch at the end of dinner which most restaurants do not do. Definitely will return!

Pleasantly surprised at the experience. The atmosphere was very nice. The food was excellent. Prices were comparable to other restaurants in the area. Loved that we could actually talk to our dinner companions & hear them. Staff was excellent, attentive without being overbearing. I had leftovers with my shrimp/crabmeat dinner. We enjoyed appetizers, dinner, a bottle of wine & dessert. We plan to return!

I ordered the hydroponic Boston bib salad. The dressing is outstanding. I also ordered the 8oz filet mignon, medium rare w lobster ravioli, asparagus, eggplant, and tomato in a blush colored sauce. The filet was cooked to perfection, and it cut like butter. If you love steak, you will appreciate this restaurant. The taste was so memorable that I didn’t want it to end. I will go back.

We went for the first time a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved this place! The service and food were spot-on. It’s definitely pricey and not a place we can afford to go just for an everyday out to dinner night. We were celebrating a birthday. It’s an experience that we can afford maybe just 3 times a year but absolutely worth it! We got there right as they opened at 5 and by 6 the place had really filled up. I got the French Onion soup. I totally recommend! Especially if you’re a lover of French Onion soup and have had all kinds. This was definitely one I’d get again and again! Majority of our table got steaks and everyone was drooling. I got the herb crusted chicken. Go for it! The salads were so good too. We will for sure be back…as soon as our wallets recover 4 of us got an app or soup and I think 3 out-of 5 of us got dessert and the bill came to almost $400. So that tells ya about what you’re spending per person. ***Update*** We went back to Guytanos in April for a graduation celebration. Food again was very good and had a pleasant experience. We’ve always made reservations when we’ve gone and it’s always worked out. Prices are high. It’s an upscale fancy place. Again, not something we can afford to go to more than 2 or 3 times a year but always has seemed worth it! Not sure whats happened from April til now (August) but apparently they’re closed. That’s a shame.
