I’ve always had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The Pizza and Stromboli is always delicious and made well. The employees are always kind and have gloves on. Great service overall. I took a star away because today when I received my salad, for the first time, most of the lettuce was brown, wilted and very unappealing. Aside from that, I definitely recommend this place and the pizza/stromboli!

We ordered two sheet pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday. I placed the order at 3pm, to be delivered that evening at 6pm- no issues while ordering, took my money. At 6:25 when my pizzas were not here, I called the pizza shop. I asked if my order was on the way since it was almost 30 minutes late, the guy, Michael on the phone was one of the most rude individuals I’ve ever dealt with in my life. While on the phone with him asking if he knew an ETA because I was waiting for the pizza to go to my neighbors house to watch the Super Bowl. He wasn’t able to give me any type of timeframe on when my pizza was going to be delivered other than tonight… lol. I then asked if they could deliver the pizza to my neighbors address so I could at least go about my night. They took my neighbors address and said they would do that. Since it was taking so long and I had no idea on a time frame, I dropped my things off at my neighbors and drove to the pizza shop myself. The whole lobby was filled of angry customers… I was then informed that my pizza was in route to me… lol. Then, when I was two minutes from my neighbors, the driver calls my phone and says he’s at my house, not my neighbors like I merely requested. My neighbors have also had a bad experience with this company, the owner called him personally and worked out some type of deal that involved him taking down his review in return of money and compensation of goods. Myself on the other hand, will not be taking down my review because others should know to pick another pizza shop here in Medina. Oh, and the pizza was cold… shocker. If the company cannot handle the volume, they shouldn’t keep taking orders- seems simple to most. Hair dressers don’t keep booking updos for prom when they know they cannot complete that many clients- how is this any different..

The pizza is pretty good compared to other pizza places in town. I really enjoy their bone in wings with the smokey bbq sauce the most. The customer service we received last night was fantastic. The young gentleman was kind enough to take it upon himself to deliver our carry out order to our car where we were waiting.

We were looking for a place to just grab something to eat on the 3 1/2 hour drive home. The breadsticks were awesome! In addition to that, we ordered a burger, a chicken quesadilla, and 2 cheese quesadillas. The portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable. The food was hot, and it tasted great! It’s not something you can eat while moving, though, which we quickly realized, so we pulled into a parking lot. It was a fantastic meal before a long drive!

They are amazing, the toppings are a meal in itself, if you haven’t tried them you’re missing out. 10 out of 5 stars, we are updating this, should have said 20 out of 5 stars. Jeffery our delivery driver made this experience even better. He was old school polite, I hope he will be delivering to us again, food again is amazing, customer service even better. Love Guy’s Pizza, we are going to be customers for life.

We ordered delivery for 2 pizzas and wings for 8 people for the Super Bowl today and they forgot half our order. We called and told them and they said we’re too busy we won’t be bringing it and will send a refund. Very unprofessional especially being their screw up.

We just moved to Medina so naturally we were excited to try all the local pizza places! We ordered 6 Boneless wings and 2 small pizzas for $32… ok that fine it’s probably awesome! But the cost is more than whats listed on the online menu then you click the link. Its fine inflation right… It’s okay it’s gunna be good right?! NOPE! Boneless wings are frozen balls with zero sauce and small chicken Bianco pizza was not good and size of my hand which, the size I guess I expected??? But $13.99 no way, and another small pepperoni and red pepper pizza for the husband was not good either. He asked me to write this review b/c he was disappointed and what husband asks his wife to be extra? Let’s just say one pizza place down hopefully some better options to try in Medina, Oh.

Terrible, terrible pizza. Don’t waste your money. Since about spring of 2021, their quality has really gone in the toilet. Extra cheese on their largest pizza is barely cheese. Ordered extra red sauce per my receipt. Zero red sauce! Not the first time they’ve messed up. What little cheese there was on the pizza was burned. I’ve been trying to give them chances every few months. Each time it’s terrible. Grocery store pizza, heck any pizza, is better than this garbage. Never again.

The food wasn’t worth the price the sides seemed like frozen food heated up in a oven nothing was fresh the gyro was good if the bread didn’t fall apart every 5 seconds and their was barley any sauce on the gyro terrible experience for food and super expensive.
