A very solid bar style pizza, and fantastic if you’re looking for a sweet sauce and something a bit greasy. Like dating a middle aged plumber named Mario that’s a widower, but he also loves cats and just wants to find love again.

The door was locked, we had to wait outside in the drizzle for our order. Once we got out and left , Dakota(manager) called my grandson back to verbally confront him about leaving trash on their bench. Once my grandson son identified that he was not one of the two guys on the bench, she proceeded to tell him to tell them not to leave trash on their premises.
Baffled, my grandson did not understand the WHY, he was informed to deliver a message once he said he was not sitting on the bench but in a vehicle! The conversation should have ended.
Once I identified that it was five males , three with dreads, one with long hair and the other with a fade and only two was sitting on the bench and all the orders were called in, she never corrected herself nor could she explain how she deduced that my grandson was not in a car as he stated and when I advise her to pull her camera footage she put the plain her staff!!!!!
This was very unprofessional and along with a lot more, but no my grandson may know what you were doing besides “Bullying “him. It’s very obvious for a more seasoned person and not a minor who looks for the good in everything to identify what was happening.
As I stated doing our conversation as a manager, you should have never called his phone back, to correct him without having facts or pulling footage from the camera, especially if you were going to be rude, dismissive and unprofessional demanding and he tell another patron of yours of what not to do and you didn’t call anyone else!!!
Once he told you it wasn’t him on the bench he was in a car, at that point you were to end the conversation or ask for an adult!

We normally have a great experience with Guy’s Pizza in Euclid. However, this time, it was awful. My husband tried to order two medium pizzas and before he could get the full order out, the guy hung up on him. He called back a second time to confirm the order, and asked if they needed a name and AGAIN he was hung up on after the guy yelled the price at him. He called back a THIRD time to confirm the order and when my husband said “it’s two mediums – one cheese and one pepperoni” the guy taking the order got an attitude that one of the pizzas was requested with pepperoni. This incident took place on 11-3-24. This is unacceptable service. We’re not picking up the order, and we’re going somewhere else for pizza tonight because we have no confidence that we’ll receive what we ordered when we show up at the drive through.
Thank you for an awful experience. We’ll likely never order from this location ever again because of this one experience with this one employee who is not fit to be in the service industry.

I ordered pizza. Pepperoni mushroom extra cheese and extra sauce. It was a weird taste. You couldn’t differentiate any of the individual flavors. Like the pepperoni didn’t taste like pepperoni at all it was weird. I used to like them but man this was funky.

Went at appointed time to get food. Was told there was an oven problem and they needed an additional 15-20 minutes. I went back and they told me the oven was broken. The two people working there who clearly didn’t care that they wasted an hour of my time didn’t apologize. It would have been nice to receive a phone call to explain the order would be cancelled. Clearly employees do not value anyone’s time, not have a basic understanding of customer service. I used to come once a week but I’ll never go back now. Hopefully your oven is toast and you have to close
