Stopped here to have burger. Chose the sourdough bread and no sauce. The burger sandwich was good but not great. I would get the burger with a potato bun the next time. The fries were good. Not bad for airport food, but expected better.

I have no interest in the highball lounge, but this is the closest I can get to reviewing Guy’s Burger Joint right next to it. I HIGHLY recommend it. I’ve had both a huge breakfast burrito and a burger on different trips last year. Unfortunately both were very expensive like everything else in the airport, but both were delicious and large. The breakfast burrito was massive and could easily feed 2 people and the melted real cheese worked perfectly with the eggs tomatoes, sauce, and other veggies. Then during another trip, I ordered a burger. There was only one guy on the grill, and it was a real burger, so I expected to pick it up after a considerable wait and only be able to eat it on the plane. However, he legitimately had a full casual dining level burger done in only a slightly longer time than I’d expect to receive a low quality fast food burger: that is, surprisingly fast. But the burger was not low quality, it was excellent. My dad really enjoyed the burger too when he got it on his trip. I made sure to leave a big tip for my meal, as the speed and quality of service blew me away. So unless the staff quality declines, and management starts to skimp on the quality of their ingredients, I can heavily endorse Guy’s Burger Joint. For the food you get, nothing else at Burbank airport is as worth the price to amount+quality+freshness. Everything is way too expensive at this airport, so you might as well get something delicious and big for it.

Would have been 4-5 stars for the breakfast burrito but when I ordered it I asked for a side of salsa. They said it comes with it. When it was ready ….no salsa. I asked for salsa and they said they are out and it would be a little bit before they would have any.
Also, there is a ” sustainability fee” added on to your bill. Just make that part of the price! Stop hiding fees until you get your receipt. Made it a $22.36 breakfast burrito.

Would not buy again. Got the chicken avocado BLT and it was pretty good! But after tax and a 10% tip it was $24 and did not come with a side. For a reasonable price I’d give it a better rating, but it’s just not a good value. This terminal only seems to have two restaurants and they both make the most of it by being similarly overpriced.

Not the best $34 airport burger and Pepsi I’ve ever had (fries or other side options are not included, would have added $11 to the total). Bun broke apart after the second bite. Greasy burger, but that was the best part. If you’re starved and have a 4hour flight, I’d give this stop a solid maybe.

I have eaten here a few times before (delicious, yes, pricey but it’s the airport). This last trip I ordered my burger, confirmed with the cashier it was my order and she said yes. I walk back down to my gate and I open the box to find the WRONG burger. Didn’t have any of the stuff on it that it was supposed to. Disappointed, especially given it was about 30 bucks for burger and fries.
Here’s where the 4 stars comes in…I reached out to the manager, Steve, upon my return home and shared my experience and picture. I heard back from him within 10 minutes and immediately rectified the problem with a full refund. This is exactly what customer service is about. Often when flying and “get screwed in the drive through” we think we’re SOL. This was not the case. Even though the burger was not what I ordered, the food was still tasty. I’m looking forward to my next trip to Burbank to get the right burger. Although, I think they should reconsider their price for fries 🙂 Thanks and shoutout to Steve and his customer service!

Pretty solid food! Pictured: chicken strips with sriracha ketchup and fries. I also had the loaded fries which were very good! Kind of pricy, but also in the airport, so that’s expected, but good amount of food for the price too.
