I can’t explain how excited we were to finally try one of Guy’s restaurants. As soon as we confirmed our stay at Harrah’s, I booked an 8pm reservation at this restaurant for our first night (Monday). We were immediately seated but to our surprise the restaurant was nearly empty. The host gave us menus once seated and water followed shortly after. The waiter stopped by to greet us and said he would return to get our order. Then nothing. We were left sitting there for another 20 minutes before the complimentary chips and salsa arrived, again our waiter said he would be back to take our order. Now for the chips and salsa, one of the highlights of any Mexican restaurant, the salsa was good but the chips were visually greasy with some spice, that added no flavor, making them look burnt. Make note: chip refills cost $1 which we opted not to do since we didn’t eat the ones we had. At the 30-minute mark he finally returned. Friendly, with a welcoming smile, we placed our order. Mini trashcan nacho for me and the flag trio enchiladas for my friend. No drinks. The food did arrive promptly. And it looked amazing. Sadly, that is where the positives end. The trio was supposed to be a combination plate that included 3 different meat enchiladas (pork, chicken, beef) with beans and rice. All 3 lacked any seasoning, and you could not distinguish the different meats. The rice was bland and the beans were lackluster. Just a full plate of disappointment. But if you are on a bland, no sodium diet this would be the meal for you. Not what you would expect from a Guy Fieri restaurant. Now for their signature trash can nachos. It did come out in a little can which the waiter lifted off in a presentation attempt, but it would have been nice if this was an interaction that the diner could have done themselves. The nachos had a nice array of food elements dispersed throughout. It was not spicy hot, but there were sauces on the table you could add if needed, which I did not. Not sure if I had a reaction to something in the nachos but the roof of my mouth became irritated with a numbness that kept me from further consumption. It appears that our expectation was greater than the reality. Not worth the hype or money!

We were so excited to try this place, but were horribly disappointed. I don’t know how Guy puts his name on a restaurant that serves absolute garbage food. The picture of the queso was very enticing….however, look at what we were served….did they run out of chips?…the actual taste of everything was beyond gross….nobody seemed to care, or take responsibility…yet made sure to charge us for everything, even though our food set there almost untouched. GUY COME PUT YOUR RESTAURANT IN CHECK!! Or take your name off the place. What a waste.

First off, the salsa strangely lacked salt and was overly spicy. The chips were weird.
They require a reservation for subpar food. Mango and Strawberry margaritas lacked alcohol – yet they charged $16-$17 for each.
The “charro beans” lacked depth and flavor.
The chicken fajitas came with 10% protein, 90% veggies at $22 a plate.
Pepsi products.
No lovely music, the atmosphere was boring and tasteless like the food.
I ordered the carne asada burrito, yet Chipotle did a better job in flavor profile, size, appearance. I’m still trying to understand why my burrito was dripping in oil???
The dessert didn’t taste fresh. I expected so much more.
Not worth the $120 bill for 3 people.

Having now been to every Guy Fieri’s restaurant, I can definitively say that they’re all pretty middle of the road and pricey for what you’re getting. The prices here were less than his Vegas places, but not by much. Everything was okay. We got some trash can nachos, which were similar to the other two we’ve tried. The salad was fine, the drinks were actually strong and good. The chips and salsa were strange. Most of the chips were crumbled bits and I didn’t like the chili lime seasoning on them much. The salad was pretty decent. If staying at Harrah’s, I’d consider going again to try some of the entrees before making a final decision on this place.

Hands down the best birria tacos I have ever had! The food had so much flavor and everything was cooked to perfection. Bo was our waitress and she was beyond amazing! She was so friendly, gave suggestions, was very present, and she seems to truly love her job! I definitely recommend checking out this amazing place!

First time patron here. I wasn’t terribly impressed by the restaurant, the food was good for the most part, but slipped a bit, the 2 orders of fish tacos were flavorful but didn’t have much fish in them.
My taco salad with chicken was great flavor plenty of chicken.
The staff was not dressed for success, dirty pants, faded shirts, looked generally sloppy.
Tables were crowded with stuff leaving little room for orders.
Being a Guy Fieri restaurant I expected more.

We loved this restaurant! The guac was fresh and delish! The corn appetizer was wow and the fish tacos were also fresh and so flavorful! My husband had the chicken fajitas and really liked them. I’m mostly writing this because ADRIAN was amazing! He was so friendly and informative… he anticipated our needs and was a total gem to us. Love him and this is such a great restaurant to enjoy a meal!

We had delicious food here! Taco salads were fresh with tasty dressing. I had the mini trash can nachos. They were soo good!! Plenty for 2 people. My husband had the red chili enchiladas with burracha beans and he loved it. Cadillac Margaritas were exactly what I wanted! Can’t wait for another visit. Staff was so friendly

The food was good—expectedly over-priced, but good nonetheles (my wife and I shared the Grande Trash-Can Nachos)
The atmosphere was fine—cool decor, nice aestetic. We went at 5pm on a Tuesday so it was pretty quiet.
The service was —Adrian was our server and he killed it. Super-friendly dude that made sure we were taken care of. Checked in frequently to see that we were satisfied and happy. (Thanks man! )
5⭐️—would go back.
