I thought the food was good. But the girl serving us was standing at the checkout area on her phone the whole time. Never received one refill or a can I get you anything else. If need be i can have my coworkers review as well. I almost never complain or send food back. But you need to have staff stay off the phones and be more attentive.

They microwave are food. How do I know? We kept hearing the microwave door open and the plate going in and out. If you have a microwave at home you’ll know this sound. The whole experience was not worth it. Don’t go there.

My wife and I ordered both of their pasta combinations to see what pastas we would like to get in future. We could not share anything separately as both combos were covered in sauce and cheese to the point you didn’t know what you were getting. One of the components was ravioli and I got half of one but we don’t know where the other half was or if there was more than one. The rest was all the same. It was good flavor but you couldn’t tell what you were eating. Very disappointing.

Went back to back days for a slice of pizza. 1st day was really good pizza so the next day I decided to get 2 slices. Day 2 will make me not want it any more. It looked like old pizza that they put more cheese on top and maybe melted the added cheese in the microwave. I didn’t realize it was like that until I had drove away. The price is the price so I do expect my food to be edible and consistent.

Guti’s is a gem among restaurants in Malvern, Ark. It is relatively fancy, and the food served is of a very high quality. Our server was prompt and attentive. She refilled waters and brought us a complimentary pair of rolls which were hot, fresh, and delicious. Because our pizza was taking some time, she was thoughtful to advise us when it was about 5 mins out. It is easy to order carryout, upon arrival or in advance, and they welcome this. There are smaller tables for up to four people, or bigger tables for larger parties.
Jen and I got the Alfredo pizza, which was every bit as good as it sounds on the menu. Spinach, garlic, Alfredo sauce, and their special cheese. Only downside was the spinach tasted like it had been prepared from frozen, not prepped fresh. Still, it was a very good pizza.
