Being from New York I had never heard of Guthries before and was interested in what it may be, this place is similar to a Raising canes type fast food, However the value for what you get is absolutly amazing. A wonderful place to go for a quick lunch and to get a cheap lunch special. Customer service was phenominal whatever man works behind the counter is absolutly too good a worker for this place.

Restaurant was pretty much empty when me and my friends went in, eventually they came over and took our receipt, after 40 minutes we went up to the front where they had to write down what we had even though they already took our receipt, they gave us half our food which had been sitting out and was soggy when we ate it. I have been here four times in the last year, the fries were cold and hard and barely any also the chicken pita was cold! EVERY single time ive come ive had to go in and ask for fresh fries! They get aggravated if they have to do anything, tonight I decided to once again try it and guess what little amount of fries that we got in each plate were cold and hard again, my daughter got fried chicken snack box and her chicken was burnt, I placed my order correctly and the lady told me it was t6 dollars,(definitely not worth 20 bucks in my opinion) but got to the window lady gave us our drinks I looked on reciept and saw i had been overcharged for another drink, I showed her and was being nice about it she acted like I was lying and clearly showed her the over charge with the drinks she’d already handed me, she made another tea well two actually and came back to the window and told me it was basically my fault because I kept changing the order! I didnt change my order she kept getting it wrong and I kept telling her the same thing every single time! She got smart and instead of holding the line inside told her I’d just take the drink because the last time they refunded anything it took thirty minutes! She went to hand me both drinks like its what I wanted (the extra drink is sitting in my fridge now) but I told her it was only one she got an attitude I told her I wanted my reciept and left! After I got an attitude back and told her I did not change my order at all. This place is crap now, it used to be my favorite place now its over priced and poorly staffed. The owner needs to either close this place down or step up and train the right people!

Never heard of the place, so I gave it a shot expecting nothing and was pleasantly surprised! I got their fried chicken pita and I enjoyed it. Decent amount of food for the money and the chicken and pita were great!

Bought 10 chicken fingers, Large fries and 2 coleslaw. Big mistake! the large fries had fewer than most small fries and they were under-cooked and limp. 90 cents each for 1/4 cup of seasoned dry cabbage. The slaw was in a 4 oz cup, but only half full. I measured. Chicken was okay, but service was slow at 4:00 on Saturday afternoon.

Probably go here once or twice a month, it’s always a 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru sometimes more if they are busy. You have to yell at the speaker, which isn’t the employees fault the owner needs to replace it. But when a mistake is made the staff look at you like your the one who did it. Cannot tell you how many times I have been given the wrong drink, the chicken has gotten smaller as well. Was better about five years ago.

Past three times I came in here, the workers in the back were touching my food without gloves. ( One chick had one glove on) First time the worker got angry cause they had to put on gloves and didn’t wash their hands. The second time I came in.I said something to their other coworkers. Nobody stopped them, just let them touch my food with dirty hands. I ordered doordash and they still weren’t using gloves. When I work for a restaurant we had to where gloves even when dealing with money, and got in massive trouble if we didn’t.
