What a fantastic experience. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Our server was amazing. When we sat outside we realized we forgot our food for our dog at home ! Easy fix and wonderful recommendations from our server. We had a fantastic view. DELICIOUS food. They have a happy hour and a really good house cab. Our server also told us that they also have a fantastic brunch. The bathrooms were clean as well and there was plenty of parking. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. We will be adding this restaurant to one of our stops when we are visiting family in the area.

The price point for each dish was fair. However the main course for each member of my family of 4 was overall coated in salt.
I would love fine dining however the price point with dishes so salty not worth it. To be fair the manager did offer to remake any of the dishes which my youngest asked for his cheese burger to be made. He did ask for done but it at first came out charred.

This place was great!!! We were visiting in the area for a birthday /engagement trip and was looking for a place for a nice dinner to celebrate and after going to two other places that ended up being closed we ended up here which was GREAT no disappointment at all!!! We walked straight in asked for a patio table, was sat immediately! Beautiful view out there! Everything we ordered was soooo good! From app which we had the avocado salmon dip, the butter with the bread was incredIble, the French onion soup was top notch and I have had slot that were so so other place, both of our main course meals were delish! Our desserts were both very good, and our adult beverages were on point! Would HiGhLy recommend and we will certainly be returning the next time we are in the area!!! The pricing was less than we expected we didn’t spend anymore than we would normally spend at like Texas road house for the two of us with apps meals and drinks!

This was our first time eating there and it was for my birthday!!! Everything we ordered was very good. We both had Filet with baked potato and sweet potato casserole topped with pecans and a house salad. Our appetizer was avocado dip with their house made chips. Highly recommend trying it out. We will be back!!!

We sat on the deck overlooking the lake. We had our dog so we asked to be seated outside. I loved the salad. The cajun dusted mahi on rice was delicious. My husband enjoyed the Naples chicken; it was a generous serving. We split the crème brulée. We will go back. Our waitress Destiny took good care of us she even brought our dog a bowl of water.

Excellent food and service! Fast, friendly, and delicious. Cold draft beer, loved the crab cakes, and burger! On Tuesdays they have $6 burgers and all you can eat catfish special. A must visit when in Burnside / Somerset. 2021 update! Better than ever. Zach at the bar is the best. Crab Cakes did not disappoint, Cold Beer, & the French Onion Soup alone is worth the trip.

Im a trucker and had a Humvee to deliver to a customer that lives right behind the restaurant. We unloaded in the lot beside the restaurant and the customer tipped me and said I had to try Guthries,I had some time to kill so I walked over and I’m glad I did. The hostess was friendly as we’re all of the staff. The whole place is very clean and has a great feel. The chicken nachos we’re great. Steak was perfectly cooked to medium just as asked. Salad was fresh and crisp. The service was great, my cup was always full and food came promptly. Sat out by the deck and the view was great.

Everything was excellent; top notch food and service. It is pricey if you order their steak or seafood meals. Everything else on the menus is pretty standard pricing. It is a bit dark in the restaurant, but the decor is very beautiful.

Really enjoyed it here! I really have no complaints, there is a nice view of lake Cumberland if you sit outside. Everything we ordered was prepared very well, the Cajun pasta was certainly better than your average non Cajun specific restaurant as well!! Prices were just about to be expected. Overall would recommend if your looking for a non chain general restaurant in the Somerset area.

Guthrie’s Grill combines amazing views with great food. The seafood is fresh, the service is great and the setting is perfect for enjoying a beautiful view . A lovely spot for any special meal!!! I really recommend this place!!!
