I could be totally off track because I’m so accustomed to the great service at the 15th street location. I visited the location on hwy 69 and I will admit, I will not stray from the 15th street location again. Not only was my wait over 30 minutes, my food was cold and my order was incorrect. I will say the lady who took my money was friendly but that’s where it stopped. I worked in the fast food industry several years so I try to be mindful of the wait times but to give someone cold food after a long wait is unacceptable. I don’t expect my experience to be like everyone else’s tonight but I will say the people in line with me all seemed to want to give them the opportunity to give us a good meal. I waited because I expected hot, fresh food. I was not pleased at al but as stated, I will remain a patron but this location was not it for me. This was my second time here and the first time, my food was burned and not good at all.

My family and I order a family pack every Friday it’s normally $49.49 (this includes tax) today we went to order and it’s increased to $52.99 plus tax! Needless to say we did not order but ordered 3 boxes instead which totaled around $38.00( price increased). We opened the boxes and the tenders look as if they’ve been cut in half! So not only has the prices increased, the quality and decreased. Food was nasty also. We won’t be back.

All the times Ive come to this establishment, they have always been kind and courteous. The wait is never long and the chicken is always fresh. If you want to experience that southern sweet ice tea, grab a cup of theirs. They never fail on brewing the perfect sweet tea. Overall, Guthries on 69 South does and has not disappoint. Go and give them a try. Be blessed all!!!
