Today we’re supposed to get snow ❄️, but I honestly don’t know what time it’s going to officially start on my side of town. And knowing how Atlanta can be, I decided to use a little wisdom this morning.
Instead of getting out and trying to go grab breakfast, I stayed put and ordered Uber Eats. I said let me sit still, be patient, and not rush out into anything unnecessary. Sometimes God gives you discernment — and I listened.
I ordered from Gut Busters, and when I tell you I haven’t eaten there in YEARS… but I was looking for something cheap, filling, and good, and whew Gut Busters showed up and showed out. The food was hot, seasoned, and heavy in the best way. That kind of breakfast that fills you up and keeps you full. No gimmicks, no playing — just good food.
If you’re ever in the mood for a real, hearty, stick-to-your-ribs breakfast, I highly recommend the Gut Busters family. This location is in Decatur, and it definitely did what it needed to do today.
I also want to say thank you to my AMAZING Uber Eats driver for safely delivering my food. I truly appreciate you being out there and making sure people like me can stay in the house and stay safe.
As of right now, it has not started snowing on my side of town yet, thank God. And I’m praying it stays that way for as long as possible.

I always order via Uber Eats but I had an early appointment so I decided to stop. I ordered ahead on their website because there is always a line of cars outside. Took about 10 mins after i ordered. When i walked it, people were standing and sitting everywhere waiting for their food. Seems like orders were coming out fast. Will definitely eat here again. I got the Salmon cheese grits bowl with cheese eggs.

So I went here today. I’ve been to all of the locations that they have in the area. Candler Rd, this location on Flat Shoals Pkwy and the Snellville location. I went here to get breakfast before I got my line up. The food is good and hot. Cooked to order delicious..I got my regular meal from here Cheese grits with cheese eggs and a chicken sausage with butter toast and grape jelly on the side for $9.00. Pull up and check them out for yourself and see.. Definitely worth the trip no disappointment. I got my food on 12-18-2025.

I heard about this place from family and friends and decided to try it out myself. I got the salmon breakfast with cheese grits. I added potatoes and pancakes. It was just okay.. not that good. Salmon croquettes were bland and basic, potatoes had too many peppers and onions and were bland as well. My God mom got the shrimp and grits and the pancake combo. She was not impressed by the food. The food could have also been hotter. The place was packed and we thought then the food should be good but wasn’t impressed overall.

It’s worth the wait. We would call everyone order in at work from Georgia Regional Hospital. I would go pick it up. I haven’t had any breakfast like this every since I left Georgia Regional every since 2021. Never had a rude experience because I don’t return to places to spend my money.

I literally order from here a lot because the food is good — no complaints there. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
I placed an order for two chicken, egg, and cheese sandwiches at 6:00 AM. My morning was hectic, so I didn’t get a chance to eat until around 8:50 AM. When I finally did, I realized I had been given chicken sausage instead of the chicken I ordered.
When I called to address the issue, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive. She insisted that I ordered the wrong thing, even though the online menu does not specify “grilled chicken.” There is another order that specifies chicken sausage. I even offered to show her my phone as proof, but instead of listening, she continued to argue, gaslighted me by repeating that I was wrong, and said she’d “have the menu looked into.”
She eventually offered for me to bring the food back, but I explained that one of the sandwiches had already left with my daughter, who was on her way to Perry, GA — meaning I could only return one. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, she hung up on me.
It’s disappointing that a place with such good food allows customer service like this to ruin the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because regular customers deserve to be treated with respect — not dismissed or hung up on.

Listen they never fail! Every order I get is hot and full over flavor , never dry or burnt. Sometimes I think the kitchen is cooking with love with every order I received. Keep it up! If you haven’t tried them yet SPEED THERE NOW (they are not responsible for any damage or tickets given lol)

One of our favorite places to eat for breakfast in Dekalb County Decatur, Georgia (South side). This is the second location besides Candler Rd. We have eaten with this establishment for years now. The food is cooked to fresh and always delicious no matter what you order. Oh and their punch, you have to order! It is the best
They also have good customer service and no matter how busy they can become, they still have the good service. This a take-out place. There is no dining in here.
