Ordered food yesterday over the phone for pickup. They told me it’ll take a while so I was guessing 30 mins … Then i had called again 30 mins later to ask if I can pickup my order and they told me 20 mins more so I didn’t really blame them because it was my fault for not asking how long it’ll take from the moment I ordered. So 20 mins go by and I go in the restaurant and ask for my order and then the server turns around and asks the lady in the kitchen about my order and she looked confused and looked at me and she said “oh yes it’ll be out soon”. It took another 30 mins to finally receive my food and my guess is my order was never put in – oh and mind you the food wasn’t worth the wait. Side note : If you guys have so many orders and can’t handle ..find someone else to help out in the restaurant.
