Best Italian food we’ve found since moving to the Savannah area. If you’re willing to bear the Hilton Head traffic, this spot is worth the drive. Highly attentive and kind servers, flavorful pasta dishes, and a warm, intimate atmosphere. Perfect for date night or a nice dinner out with friends. While I’m sure children/families are welcome, it definitely seems like more of a finer dining restaurant and is very quiet (may not be the best spot for small kids). Will certainly be back!

We have been going to Gusto’s for a few years now and their food is always great. Enjoyed another incredible meal when I had the special, which was one sausage, one meatball and a short rib. The dinner was amazing. It was the best short rib I have ever tasted and it was with a Barolo wine reduction with a touch of marinara and a side of pasta. Antonio is so personable and makes you feel at home. The calamari appetizer was so fresh and tender and my wife enjoyed the Linguine with clam sauce that is consistently cooked to perfection. Gusto’s belongs in the same category as the other three fine Italian restaurants in mid-island.

What can we say about our experience at Gusto, AMAZING. From the time we made the reservation to meeting ANTONIO in person! Our food, the atmosphere and experience was top shelf. We enjoyed our pasta dishes as well as the outstanding bruschetta. The bruschetta was the best we have had since living here in South Carolina. This is a must visit restaurant ! ANTONIO makes you feel like family. One small bonus (or in my opinion a huge bonus) this exceptional restaurant is close to Homesense and HomeGoods.
We will be back for the food and wonderful staff and beautiful atmosphere. Grazie mille, ANTONIO, we will see you soon.

Gusto… Enjoy the fine Italian food offered!
The service was quick, efficient and Italian, yes Antonio’s accent made the presentation taste so much better.
Everything( except the Cesar salad being a bit on the dry side) was a delicious combination of flavors!
The linguini with clam sauce tasted as good as it looked. The chicken masala is a classic, the flavor was excellent and it was a welcome change to have with mashed potatoes. The decor set the mood for a relaxing atmosphere perfect to enjoy a nice meal.

Really nice place. Antonio is a super nice person, and the service was amazing. My friend Hunter sometimes eats here and he and Antonio get along really well. Even though the menu didn’t have that many options, the food was still very good. I also like the general vibe and look of this place as well. I’m really looking forward to when the new pizza oven is built.

Loved it! We all ordered Chicken Parm, and it was legit. Large portion, chicken pounded thin, & comes with spaghetti.
Started with the Meatball app and complimentary bread & oil. Both were so good.
For dessert, we split Bomba Gelato…it was awesome too.
I think the bartender is the owner. Super nice and great service.

Gustos is such a cozy and delicious Italian spot. The food tastes fresh and authentic, with rich flavors that really stand out. Everything we ordered was well-prepared and comforting, like true Italian home cooking. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. It’s a great place for a casual dinner or a special night out. Definitely coming back!

This was such a treat to end our stay in Hilton Head. From the minute I made my reservation till we left we were showered with smiles, and that great Italian attitude of enjoying life. The staff truly made you feel like family, and their whole purpose was to make sure you enjoyed their food. Our waitress was so warm and friendly. She explained their menu, their wines and answered all our questions. I tried the Spaghetti alla Carbonara and my wife had a Ravioli Special. Our dishes were so perfectly made, the bar has been set to the universe. Gonna be hard to find any made better. And did I mention everything was reasonably priced. Next time we’re in town we’re not gonna wait till the last day to eat here.

Add this one to your dining favs!! Great food and service! Lovely atmosphere and good vibes. Antonio is our favorite waiter! Tough to decide what to order because everything is good! Satisfying portion sizes. Be sure to start with the bruschetta. Conversion of the ‘patio’ to a fully enclosed space is perfect for larger groups and even private events.

What a completely fantastic birthday dinner! The food and service is beyond excellent! Antonio was so much fun and accommodating to our very loud table!!!! We laughed from the time we walked in and continued laughing in the parking lot after dinner! It was like we were home! Definitely 5 Stars from this local family and we cant wait to dine again!!!!
