Gusto was a surprising pleasure. I honestly thought it was going to be one of those assembly-line spots where you walk down, customize everything, and watch them build your salad in front of you. It’s not like that.
The salads are already pre-made. You can’t swap ingredients in or out. You just choose the one you want and add your protein. And when I say fast, I mean I sat down for what felt like a millisecond (I’m exaggerating), and my salad was already done. She literally just added the shrimp on top and handed it to me.
The menu clearly lists everything that’s in each salad, and they also have allergy information posted, which I appreciated. So if there’s something you can’t eat or you’re allergic to, you just choose a different option. They actually do a good job offering similar flavor profiles with slight variations. For example, they had two mango-based salads — a chili Polynesian mango and a mango avocado. So if one ingredient doesn’t work for you, there’s usually a close substitute.
The cashier was really kind and explained how everything worked since it was my first time. I asked her what her favorite was, but I ended up going with my gut based on the ingredients that sounded good to me.
I ordered the Polynesian chili mango salad with mint and added grilled shrimp. I wasn’t crazy about the shrimp, but the salad itself was so flavorful that I still ate it all. The combinations weren’t bland or generic .
And the hot sauce bar? That excited me. They had multiple options, and as someone who takes hot sauces seriously, I love that because certain sauces only pair well with certain foods. That detail alone elevated the experience.
The space itself was big, clean, bright, and colorful. It felt fresh and well thought out.
Overall, I was impressed. I definitely want to go back and try the other salads.

side note: add the jalapeño Vinaigrette to your salad from the condiment bar

Just WOW!! I’m always looking for a healthy, quick meal and those aren’t easy to come by. I have to be real and say the pictures do not do these bowls justice. Try the tahini one and you will not be disappointed if you enjoy Greek flavors. I ordered take out and everyone in there was super nice and the food was so good! Also, great chocolate chip cookie. Found my new spot☺️food was seriously delicious and that word is not usually in my vocabulary also, when I walked in all the employees were super professional. Shout out to the guy who was cleaning the eating area because it was absolutely spotless in there. great food, great service, AND clean. Seriously, what more can you ask for?

I was in the area and wanted something healthy to eat, so I decided to try this location for the first time. After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was informed at the window that the restaurant does not accept cash. Unfortunately, I only had cash with me and did not have my card available.
My total came to $13.28, and I had the exact amount in cash. The employee at the window was very kind and did try to assist by speaking with a manager. However, the manager did not come to the window, and from what I observed, the interaction did not appear professional. I was not given an opportunity to explain that I had the exact amount.
I understand that businesses can choose their payment policies, but there was no clear notice about not accepting cash at the speaker. There was only a small sign at the window, which you do not see until after ordering. For a first-time customer, that was frustrating.
You never know what someone may be going through. Not everyone has access to a card at all times, and sometimes cash is the only available option. This was a very disappointing first experience, which makes it difficult for me to return.
I do want to acknowledge that the employee at the window was polite and did their best to help. My concern is strictly with how the situation was handled overall.

The way that I be loving this place down is insane to come in here and be disappointed from jump off…

The beginning interaction with the cashier was very weird she seemed very awkward and timid she was pleasant but something was off it lacked a welcoming presence.

The lemonade machine is leaking..,
But just didn’t feel welcomed to dine.

Chicken wasn’t right today was barely done spit out so much undone chicken

The quality of Gusto has gone down terribly. You can see they served me and my family molded lettuce. The veggies tasted rancid, thank God I didn’t take more than one bite. This is totally unacceptable. I made sure to zoom in on the pics so you can see the black spots aren’t seasoning it’s literally inside the lettuce. Gross.

Excellent service as always. Went here with a friend Tuesday morning it was busy but food still came out.

Steak was a bit pricy for a few pieces but it was worth the price it’s a very high quality cook on the steak I was impressed.

I just want to take a moment to thank Mason at Gusto for the level of service he gave me today. He had no idea that I’ve recently lost two friends and have been carrying a lot on my heart, but the kindness he showed made a real difference in my day.

Not only was the food great, but he made sure my vegan tahini cucumber rice bowl was done exactly right. I’m allergic to cheese, and most places still add feta and just try to pick it off later. Mason took the time to make sure everything was prepared properly and got my order out quickly both my DoorDash pickup and my own food.

It may have seemed small to him, but it meant so much to me. Thank you, Mason, for your intentionality, your kindness, and for brightening a day that I truly needed lifted. This is the type of service that keeps people coming back.

It pains me to share this but Gusto has continued to decline since we first started going here when they opened. I will preface this is in no way a reflection of the workers as they have alway been so friendly, but decisions by corporate/owners. They continue to increase prices and you pay more while getting less. Chips used to be complimentary but know you pay for them. Ok not a huge deal, but when you switch out the flatbread used for wraps for a “new bigger, warmer wrap” this is just a cheap tortilla and definitely costs less than the old flatbread and isn’t anywhere near as good. My wife ordered a half and half bowl tonight with steak and got 5 pieces . I understand times are tough but this is on another level. I’ve noticed it j the past year that meat seems to be skimped on and they add a little more of the extra stuff. One of my favorite items was altered then removed completely removed (tzatziki lemon artichoke) from menu. I doubt we will continue to frequent this once great restaurant further. #disappointed

Absolutely DELICIOUS & ALWAYS fresh! My friend & I frequent this location sometimes MORE than once a week. LOVE the putting green available as well! Not to mention the rewards program is AWESOME!

Always healthy, always options for dietary restrictions. I always feel so good after eating at Gusto’s because it’s such CLEAN eating!
