Usually I get gusto delivered. Today was horrible. I had to throw the bowl away. Chicken so burnt it was black and had a few bones in it and was also stringy. They forgot my chips too…Also limeade had no sanitary sticker like it usually does. Not sure what’s going on here but not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. It depends on the day but this is expensive to be thrown out!

Great food, restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. Good healthier option to lunch out at. Only complaint is the price and parking at Avalon just sucks. It won’t be a quick eat unless you’re within walking distance.
I had the Ginger Lime peanut bowl, 50/50 with shrimp, and it was $15. So expensive. However, very tasty food which was served fresh, vibrant and well presented.
Additionally it’s counter service (you pick your food up at the counter when they shout your name) and they will still ask for a tip anyway. I’ll let you decide if that bothers you enough to not eat here.

The food was good and healthy, though I like Cava a bit better. The payment part of ordering was a little slow and the soda dispenser was out of order – fortunately that wasn’t an issue for us.

This was a great healthy option for dinner today! We ordered salad bowls with very unique varieties of flavor and were really happy with the quality, speed, and kindness experienced here! The atmosphere here is incredible! It has such a beautiful esthetic with great lighting, vibrant colors, and a modern appeal!
The food was very filling and worth the price. A lot of restaurants really short change customers on the protein amounts but it was wonderful to see so many tofu pieces in my salad today! It made it worth while! I also enjoyed the hot sauce selection that was offered too! It gave the salad a great kick! We will be back in the future!

GUSTO! has always been a favorite of mine, which made my recent visit especially disappointing. I went in alone and ordered my usual wrap, but the cashier was inattentive and made several errors. I was overcharged and felt largely ignored during the transaction.
When I attempted to address the issue, the cashier became combative and unprofessional, speaking over both me and the manager. Her demeanor felt hostile and escalated the situation unnecessarily, making me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer. The manager, however, was attentive and attempted to help resolve the issue.
Although a refund was mentioned, it ultimately was not processed. I had used two free coupons, but they were not returned to me, so the situation was never properly corrected. To add to the confusion, I was also picking up food for my boyfriend while he was at work. His order was supposed to be a bowl, but it was incorrectly made as a wrap. I was told I could keep it, but that did not resolve the overall experience.
This visit left me feeling hurt, disrespected, and disappointed. Due to the way this situation was handled—particularly the cashier’s behavior—I don’t feel comfortable returning to this location anytime soon.

Friendly staff with warm greetings on entry. Nice and quiet time to enjoy your lunch with a lot of sitting room. The Chipotle Mango Avocado Grilled Chicken and Shrimp was delicious. The guacamole carried the whole meal on its back. The chipotle sauce was a nice touch. Not strong enough on flavor to overpower the food. Just the right touch. Will go back again.

This was our first visit to this location and I have to say the aesthetic and vibe of this place was amazing. The interior was humongous and the staff was super professional and patience with us. The food was freshly made and their drinks are so so good. It was a really good lunch before we went shopping and yes this place will be on my fave list….

Today, I received a free bowl with baby bellas and it’s all thanks to the manager Jamar Grant because my last order was incorrect . I come to this location often and visit other locations where I had the same problem with no feedback from the restaurant. So I really appreciate the manager for reaching out to me and making it right.
My favorite meal there is the tahini cucumber feta/ half and half with spicy chicken and sometimes I’ll order the baby bellas. It’s so filling and DELICIOUS!
I’m just waiting for you all to put the Buffalo Buttermilk Ranch bowl back on the menu.

Gusto at The Avalon needs a deep clean immediately. I would not recommend anyone to eat there until the Health Department inspects the restaurant. The tables, the chairs, the walls, the restroom, the counters, the kitchen and the drink station need to be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned immediately. It is clear as day that they are only concerned about making money and not the customers experience and health. Also, the staff looks sweaty and unkept. They don’t bother to speak or greet the customers as they enter the restaurant. It’s a complete hot mess and they will never get a dime of my money. And to be at The Avalon is a complete disgrace to the shopping center and customers expecting to have a healthy meal and a wonderful experience. You are likely to come out of there with food poisoning and germs.

I’ve had two different flavored bowls and chose half rice half lettuce and was very happy with both of them. Good flavor for a quick serve restaurant! I chose the spicy chicken and it has a little kick. Really enjoyed it.
