I’ve been coming for about 2 years and some change, it’s always been cool here. Staff has always been respectful courteous and friendly. Food is always on point too the people that come here are all cool too they say hi to you and chill with you if your alone. At least with me that was the case anyway i love Gus’s New York pizza!!! The only thing i can truly say is that it feels a little different but that’s because me and my girl would always be here and now we broke up. But other than that this place is a 10 out of 10 and i do recommend.

We had no plans on going out after we did a bit of Xmas shopping but we ended up stopping by Gus’! We ended up stopping for a drink and a bite to eat. We ended up meeting Alberto who gave us the greatest service and went above and beyond to make our evening more than what we had planned! We will definitely be back for the vibe and hospitality!!!

My husband is recovering in a nursing facility nearby & wanted pizza. He had a doctor appointment in the east valley today so we were pretty hungry by the time we got back. I ordered an extra large supreme pizza online for pickup. Being Thanksgiving eve, the restaurant was packed & I couldn’t find a parking in the front or back. I called from the parking lot to explain my dilemma & the person I spoke with asked me to park behind some vehicles near the front door. She actually brought my order to my car! Now THAT’S customer service & the pizza was delicious! Thank you!

I placed my order by phone. i asked if they had a gluten free pizza they told me they didn’t so i went ahead and ordered my peperoni pizza and ordered my wings. i get there and they didn’t make my wings not sure exactly how it was missed so i went ahead and waited. I get to my house after having to wait additional time and i open up my pizza and i get a meat lovers pizza. i call to let them know cant recall her name unfortunately she mentions the owner or the manager whatever he says they can remake the pizza we would just have to go back and take the incorrect pizza… of course you are going to remake the pizza i paid for it why wouldn’t you i PAID for it. i ask her how they are even making this “right” the manager wont speak to me of course so i tell ok remake the pizza i will head over there now i will speak to him in person. I get to picking up the pizza and conveniently the “manager” has left for the day. I wouldn’t call him a manager.

The people are nice and friendly and they always treat me like family in there. And like im a spoiled brat i live on the corner in an apartment complex nearby amd they even deliver to me right on the corner basically because after working 13 hours inwould rather have it delivered and they oblige truly amazing company will be coming here for years to come

16” Handtossed Bronx Bomber(meat lovers) and 6 medium wings $33.64 with tax. Wings were the reason we did not give 1 star. The wings tasted decent even though they do not come with any buffalo sauce. Pizza was very under cooked and had slimy dough in the center. Disappointing as this was our first time trying this place. I had to cook pizza longer in my own oven however still was a little better but still undercooked.

Don’t add fries to your Philly! So apparently it comes with fries, I placed order online it doesn’t state that it’s included so the restaurant will let you pay an additional 6$ for them won’t notify you then when you pick up the woman (Bartender) will tell you “ sorry nothing to do with me! Contact Slice” we just give you what you order! Don’t you think YOU SHOULD CONTACT SLICE TO LET THEM KNOW TO EDIT YOUR MENU!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Spending your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

Ordered a 24″ pepperoni and some bread knots along with a slice of Oreo cheesecake from doordash. Huge huge pizza that was pretty dang good. Savory, salty sauce, good cheese ratio and just about crispy pepperoni on a crunchy almost crackery in a good way crust. It was so massive we didn’t touch the bread knots. The Oreo pie unfortunately was a vacuum sealed packaged variety that was tiny to boot. That combined with the choice to employ tiny tiny cups for dipping sauces really hurts a place at this price point (even ignoring the doordash markup).

I ordered an extra-large cheese pizza with pepperoni from Gus Pizza, and wow—it was impressive! At around $40, it was worth every penny. The pizza was absolutely delicious and massive—so big, it had to ride home in my trunk! It ended up being the star of our new car celebration, and everyone loved it. We’d never had a pizza that big before.
The staff were super helpful and friendly. Someone even came to open the door for me, and a kind lady brought out my soda while I was putting the pizza in the car. I didn’t have to wait long at all—even though I was about an hour late picking it up, it was still hot and tasted amazing. We’re already excited to order a fresh one for our next get-together.
The ordering process was quick and easy online. While I was inside, I overheard a thoughtful employee calmly explaining to a patron that they would be called an Uber to take them home—just another sign of how much care and attention they put into their service.
The place had a lively, welcoming vibe, with several bar patrons chatting and laughing. I’m definitely thinking about stopping in again sometime after work to enjoy the atmosphere.
