I always love going to Gus’s Diner it is a great atmosphere. The fish fry is excellent and the service is spectacular. They have a great waitress ( Shab ) she is fantastic and excellent with all customers and super attentive. I wish more places were as great as Gus’s diner. Have a Merry Christmas!!!

I absolutely love this place, it feels like stepping back in time! Such a charming diner with an awesome atmosphere. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed every bite. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better.

It’s an excellent spot to visit, and the convenience of having restrooms is a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

On trips our rule is to never eat at a chain, somewhere different but if we can find an old school diner, I am IN! This place didn’t disappoint at all. Very large restaurant with a large menu.

I had the pleasure of being seated in Will’s section. The food was great. I got a curd burger (with french fries and broccoli cheddar soup), my daughter got a cheeseburger, and my son got a mickey mouse pancake. No complaints and a quiet table while we ate & will was on top of every need. This was my first experience but won’t be my last. We paid between $10-20 per person including drinks.

We were in the Madison area looking for a different place to eat lunch. Reviews were very good so we gave it a try. I had an omelet, my husband had a chopped steak meal. It was very good! Prices are fairly , wait staff is friendly and the menu options were varied. Yummy food! We’ll go back next time we’re in the area.

Lovely diner. Throw back atmosphere. The food was delicious. I tried a blueberry shake, and my daughter had a banana shake. They were yummy. The plates were big and we had plenty of leftovers. There was a server complaining about a customer who had attempted to share their faith and then didn’t tip “enough” in the servers eyes. It was very disheartening to hear the servers rant on Easter to other customers. It didn’t leave a warm and fuzzy feeling. I pray the server’s Easter went better after they got to be with their family. Overall, everyone else seemed to be very polite. We’d be happy to try this fun diner again next time we are in town. Thank you for the delicious meal. May God bless you all abundantly always ❤️
