Gusano’s in Rogers has had regular business from us for years, as it is on my way home. This week I placed and paid for an order online through their business. I set the pick up for the evening, giving them several hours to have it prepared. When I arrived, they had not started my order. I told them not to bother. I ordered ahead so it would be ready to go and I didnt have time to wait. They refunded me, however this solution did not fix the dinner situation for my family. Additionally, this was a second chance, as it had happened once before. I wrote to the company through their website with no response. We will likely continue to use the other locations becuase we like their product, but the Rogers location is not interested in our business.

Gusano’s in Rogers is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly faces and genuine hospitality. The people here truly make the experience — they go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. The service is top-notch, fast, and always delivered with a smile.
The atmosphere is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy great food in a comfortable setting. You can tell the owners really care about their customers and their community — their passion and dedication shine through in everything they do.
Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite, watching a game, or having a family night out, Gusano’s in Rogers is easily one of the best spots in town. Highly recommend!

Paid $70, got 3 tiny 8” pizzas that were cold and sloppy, the taco pizza looked like vomit in a styrofoam dish. The wings were barely room temperature and rubbery. The pizza dip had solidified and was like eating rubber. Called the store and they literally just said “sorry ♂️” Will definitely never eat here again. To not only serve expensive food that is so aggressively mediocre, but to be completely fine with serving it, I don’t understand how this store is still in business.

The food was fine. Service was terrible. We were in at 2pm, it was absolutely not busy. There were only 2 other small tables in.
We had to get our own menus, refill our own drinks and waited forever to get our ticket and cashed out. There was a group of employees sitting at the table in the back just chatting away and on their phones.

Gusanos is a great choice. Their salads are fresh and generous. The hand-tossed pizza has a good crust and toppings. Drink specials are worthwhile. The atmosphere is casual with plenty of TVs for sports. Reliable spot for a meal, especially if a sporting event is on. Ask to sit in Toni’s section, shes a great server!

Bad value. Food is mediocre and super overpriced. Paid $15 for a Caesar salad and the portion size was disappointing.

Awesome pizza and ice cold beer. We enjoy mid afternoons when it’s quieter, but this would be a wonderful place to meet family and friends. Sports coverage is all around. No-one will miss anything!

Worst customer service at Pleasant Grove restaurant. Went it at 9:51pm and ask to make an order to go. Without even asking want I wanted I was told I could not order because they closed at 10. The only reason I gave three stars is because this was one of my very first jobs I ever had and I’m certain that if the owner would had been there, if I walked in at 9:59 and the open sign was on, I would not had been turned away. (They do have wonderful food!!!)

Hate to be doing this to a business I once loved. However I think airs important for the owners and others to know. Today I placed and online order for 2 16 inch pizzas (Meat lovers extra cheese, Pepperoni half cheese with extra cheese) and an order of cheese bread with extra cheese. When we arrived home it was to my surprise that the “cheesy bread” had very light cheese, the half cheese half pep was more like all pepperoni and one slice was just cheese. I called the restaurant to make this right. I asked to speak to the manager. The next part blew my mind. Once the person came to the phone I told them my issue, she put me on hold, then came back. This is the point everything went wrong. She came back with a very rude and snarky attitude, she questioned why I didn’t make them aware of this while I picked them up since they show you the pizzas, I guess I made the mistake of letting my 13 year old daughter pick them. She got an attitude and pretty much called me a liar, at this point I lost my cool. I asked to have 1 of the pizzas remade, due to my 6 year old having an issue with pepperoni (he’s a cheese lover) which she sounded very annoyed by. I told her that for $70 for two 16 inch pizzas and cheesy bread they could have done it right. She then agreed remake the pizza, told me to bring back the original pizza. I had no issue with this but found it odd since most places don’t want it back. When I returned to the restaurant it was not o my surprise or the staff. There was 2 teenagers in the back cuddling and laughing (I’d be looking into the cameras) explains why the pizzas weren’t made correctly. Everyone there looks under age and they are to busy doing other things. Highly disappointed with the customer service and over quality of the food. $70 for a couple of traditional crust pizzas is outrages, the least the could do is make them right. Below are the photos of the pizza I asked to have remade along with so called cheesy bread with extra cheese. Only 1 of the pizza was remade. To the owners, I’m saddened that a restaurant I once loved has gone done the drain with bad management and service.
